GoogleAbbas is always quick and efficient (also to request a review) :-) She has helped me on many occasions, including the issue at hand. What I would like to see improved is advice. My impression is that B&R tend to act as a postman (e.g. we need you to transfer GBP 7,000 on the account), rather than act in my interest (e.g. KFH made a mistake and we shall fix it directly with them and the funds already available on your account). Respectfully, ONP

GoogleFrom the point of valuation to move in I have to say we received an outstanding level of professionalism from Dele Lawal. What was an emotional move for us, Dele and his team went above and beyond to make it as pain free as possible, he demonstrated that not all estate agents are out for their own gain. The team have a level of knowledge and compassion that puts them a cut above the rest, we feared that we would become ‘just another let’ but can honestly say that out of the many valuations we had in the Hampstead area we don’t think we would have received the level of service we did had we gone for another company! Thank you Benham& Reeves (Dele) for everything you have done for our family... you are simply amazing!

GoogleWe were very pleased with the service from Abbas Efir and Sarah Edwards of Benham & Reeves. Sarah helped us with the handover process and found us a very good tenant. She has helped us with everything we requested. Abbas provided us with superb service and we were impressed. Both of them still continued to provide advice even after our tenant moved out which has been extremely helpful. Overall, we are very pleased with their service and professional management. We would definitely recommend Benham & Reeves for anyone looking to rent out their property.
