Whilst Bear did not represent us in our move [I wish they did], they represented the vendors of the house we were moving into. Helen Wilson was exceptional in continuing to move the process forward; very responsive and we felt Helen was always in our corner! Fantastic service x

I have recently used Bear to sell my flat. They got people through the door to view, they able to get several offers in one day. The big star of the show is Sydney, she was on point throughout chasing solicitors, basically taking the strain out of the process for me, which was exceptionally helpful. If I was selling again, would certainly use Bear again. Well done guys 👍

I was very impressed by Bears entire operation from start to finish. They were good value for money and delivered on the final sale price based on their initial valuation. As a team they are all worthy of high praise and were there for us every step of the way. From when we needed a quick chat reassuring us to hold our nerve or just a simple check in to update us on progress of the sale. Harry was very helpful when organising the viewings, even before it hit the market and Ben done a great job with the viewings. There were two stand out performers in Tony Kemp who had an impressive knowledge of the local market and was confident in his valuations for what was realistically achievable. He managed to secure us considerably more than a local competitor valued our property for which was a bonus. His photography was awesome and really made our house stand out and he was a real pleasure to do business with. Megan deserves a mention also for her patience and reassuring tenacity when dealing with a chain that seemed quite daunting to us. But with her dedication the sale was completed within the initial promised timeframe. I would definitely recommend buying or selling a property with the Bear team at leigh on sea. Thanks again for all of your help. David leggPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I recently sold my property in Upminster via Bear and found them to all to be very friendly and helpful particularly Frank who I spoke to frequently. Helen Wilson who is the sales progresser at Bear was absolutely fantastic and really helped so much with keeping me informed advising me of progress and providing advice ( and letting me he know what the solicitor hadn’t yet done so we were able to chase )Helen was brilliant and without her I really don’t think the sale would have gone through before the stamp duty deadline Helen was informative, reassuring friendly and extremely responsive and I can’t thank her enough for her helpPositiveResponsiveness

So grateful to the staff at Bear for their patience and kindness during our recent house search in Leigh. Ben and Harry in particular we’re outstanding and went out of their way to provide first class customer service. Relocating to a new area is challenging to say the least but they provided invaluable help by providing early notice on properties and securing weekend viewings during a very busy time. Ben and Harry remained upbeat and positive throughout which was really appreciated and in-turn helped keep us motivated! Thanks very much to all at Bear.

From start to finish Bear were professional and were great at updating me on my sales progression. Ellie was my main point of contact and was helpful and responsive with all manner of enquiries. I also spoke with Helen, who helped assist with a particular awkward situation with our chain. Bear were recommended to me, and I would certainly recommend them to others.PositiveResponsiveness

I bought a property through Bear and the process was highly efficient and a great success. Ellie and the team kept me in the loop every step of the way and were able to offer advice when it was needed. All in all the process was exactly what we needed, it was a turn around of just 9 weeks from getting the offer accepted to when we moved in and it was very stress free. I would recommend Ellie and the team at Bear if you are looking to buy or sell a house. Thanks!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

What should have been a simple purchase, with no chain, took six months from offer to completion. Fortunately, for us, we had Sydney from the Sales Progression Team, who, provided us with constant updates, chased up outstanding issues and also managed to deal with a somewhat difficult Seller to ensure our purchase progressed. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her, as I am sure the sale would have fallen through. Sydney was more helpful than even our own solicitor, and at times, we only knew what was going on because of her - we would definitely use Bear Estate Agents again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Buying and selling a house is complicated and stressful at the best of times; let alone during a pandemic; against all the odds we managed this. Bear were professional but also compassionate/human. I still can't believe it happened. Their fees were reasonable, and every person I spoke to / met was a credit to the business. I would also recommend they Mortgage company - who were also really helpful and got me a decent deal. Happy customer here, I hope I will never need to use you again - but I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks Team. KatePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Bear estate agents were a great company to work with when purchasing our property. They were positive and friendly from the start of our search and once we did find a property they continued to be helpful. We were able to find our forever home with Bear and as a company they managed our case professionally and effectively. They were sensitive and understanding and were willing to listen. They were also efficient throughout. We are so happy we continued with purchasing this property. We are now in our home and loving every minute of it. We would recommend Bear estate agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Where do I start? I had an excellent selling experience with Bear. From the customer service to the professionalism of viewing, I can't praise Bear Estate Agents enough. Rob was fantastic and very personable, which is tough to find in most estate agents in Essex. It was a refreshing experience dealing with a knowledgeable and dynamic company after my past experience with other estate agents that have no knowledge of the industry. The initial consultation clearly outlined that the team knew how to market properties effectively and I am beyond happy that I chose to work with these guys. It makes me want to move into buying and selling houses just to deal with Bear on a regular basis.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My house had been on the market with another agent for several months and hadn't sold. After a couple months break I decided to put it back on with Bear. I almost immediately got enough interest to do a bulk viewing and had a buyer within the first week. Right from the start the communication with all of the team was brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Frank was my main contact throughout and was just amazing. When my first buyer pulled out, he was so positive that we would find another buyer, which we did very quickly. I can't recommend them enough 😊👍

We have just used Bear estate agent to sell our house and they have honestly been AMAZING. Kyle was so friendly and informative and came to take the photos of our house which looked brilliant and within 24 hours it was on the market. All of the team at bear were so polite and friendly booking in the viewings and our house sold very soon after! Helen has been fantastic and is a credit to Bear estate agents, she was our sales progressor and did everything she could to ensure things were chased and we were kept updated! Megan and Sydney were always so friendly on the phone too and always helped me where they could. They have brilliant customer service and a brilliant rate too! I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell my house - thank you bear estate agents! You all do an amazing job 👏🏻.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
