TrustpilotI'm giving 5 Stars as the initial sale…
I'm giving 5 Stars as the initial sale of my house and communication was first class. We encountered a problem amdnit was solved, very friendly and very professional. Due to the timing of my sale I feel that making them lower would be unfair. The world was trying to get completion before the 30th June and Helen the aftersales professional was obviously overwhelmed with people calling in to chase their own individual sale. Helen never said this but I feel she could have done with some help,it seemed she had to deal with everyone and everything which left me a little frustrated. But she always returned my call. Whether it was because of the stamp duty or not, maybe the work load could have been shared more, or even get another Helen on board although if after sales are normally OK then either with another Helen customer satisfaction would go up or she would have a better work life balance. My thoughts only and as I said it may have just been because of the stamp duty coming to an end

FacebookThanks to Bear Me and my partner finally in our lovely new home! I can honestly say that Bear are a fantastic agent. They were with me all the way, gave advice, answered questions and made the whole process smooth. Special thanks to Joe Elliott, Taris Etherton and Helen Wilson for everything. They are brilliant, professional and so helpful. Highly recommended.

FacebookI highly recommend Bear Estate Agents. They found me a buyer almost immediately (in fact they found me four buyers) and although I had a sitting tenant to wait to conclude they kept me informed throughout. We exchanged and completed today and I am over the moon. Special thanks to Jack who didn't pressurise me into selling with them, the right amount of personal charm, professionalism, expertise and knowledge was the wining formula. and thanks to Helen who dealt with the ongoing comms. Both were so helpful throughout. I'm over the moon. Thank you to all the team. I know these things are always a joint effort. Sian

FacebookWe bought our first home through Bear and got a great vibe from them. They were efficient and always so helpful. When it came to us selling up 4 years later we knew we wanted bear to sell our home! They sold our house within 24 hours of it going up for sale, before it even hit right move for full asking price 🤩 From the valuation right the way through to completion bear were fabulous. We were kept informed along the way and couldn’t have asked for a better service! All for such reasonable fees too! Huge thank you to Kyle, Sydney and the whole team at bear! 💗🐻

FacebookWe have just used Bear estate agent to sell our house and they have honestly been AMAZING. Kyle was so friendly and informative and came to take the photos of our house which looked brilliant and within 24 hours it was on the market. All of the team at bear were so polite and friendly booking in the viewings and our house sold very soon after! Helen has been fantastic and is a credit to Bear estate agents, she was our sales progressor and did everything she could to ensure things were chased and we were kept updated! Megan and Sydney were always so friendly on the phone too and always helped me where they could. They have brilliant customer service and a brilliant rate too! I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell my house - thank you bear estate agents! You all do an amazing job 👏🏻.

GoogleI've just sold through Bear and I can honestly say it was a breeze. From valuing and getting my property on the market, Rob was so helpful and really responsive and it was sold within 2 weeks!! Then at the sales progression stage Sydney was amazing, she always kept me up to date and was even going above and beyond when the sellers solicitors weren't up to scratch. I would recommend Bear to anyone and I will definitely be using them when I move again. Thank you so much Rob and Sydney :-)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was very pleased with the care and service I received from Bear while searching for my new home. They were always quick to respond and accommodate my requests- as a buyer unfamiliar with the area they showed me a great range of properties and were very patient with my questions. I would recommend them for any first time seller, especially Jamie who went above and beyond.

FacebookEveryone at Bear has been amazing. Starting with the very professional but so friendly Megan for our valuation, all the lads that organised our viewings, through to Sydney and Helen who was great little chasers of everybody. They were always on hand and nothing was ever too much trouble. I thoroughly recommend Bear, thank you 😊
