We could not fault Bear Estate Agents in Leigh On Sea, Essex enough. We dealt with Megan Carmichael and the service she provided was beyond amazing. Communication was 5 star, her work rate was 10 out of 5 star. There was nothing we could find to fault her. No matter what time of the day we’d ring, we always managed to speak to Megan straight away, and she helped us through the whole process. Would definitely recommend and use again

I recently sold my house through Bear and they have been absolutely fantastic. From my very first meeting with Jack who dealt with the valuation and photographs, attended viewings and guided me through the process, right through to sales progression and completion with Megan. I couldn't fault them. Great communication from start to finish. Special thanks to Megan who worked so hard on the sales progression. Very professional and reliable. Thanks for helping me through a stressful time! Would highly recommend
