We could not be more happy with Bear and all the staff who has gone beyond what was expected with the sale of our property. We would also like to give a huge shoutout to especially Sydney who kept us in the loop through every stage of the process from going on the market right through to completion. She is incredibly knowledgable in all aspects of the legalities involved, friendly, patient and professional a true asset to the company. Thank you to Carl and his incredible team!! We won’t hesitate in recommending or using them again. James & Heidi

I decided to sell through Bear as I had such a good experience buying through them previously. Rob was very good with the valuation, he offered sound advice, took great photos and listened to my initial needs. George and Sydney have been fantastic throughout the sales progression process, with a good level of communication and always ready to answer any queries I might have. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Bear from start to finish selling our home in Little Wakering. From initial consultations, throughout the sales process all the way through to exchange and completion. Although everyone we dealt with were consistently excellent we would like to single out Sydney for her work managing the sales progression, giving us advice, keeping us informed, and generally being a lovely person to deal with. Thank you Bear and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Rob & Lucy Lawson

Having not moved for years- I can say I really wasn’t looking forward to the process. Bear Estate agents were fabulous, issues with viewings were no problem, George showed people around for me, was punctual and respectful, always trying to keep viewings together, and keeping us informed about timings and feedback, even if there was no feedback- I was told. Their ‘we can do attitude’ was brilliant. Ricky was spot on with our valuation too. Everyone I spoke with had a really positive attitude and were so thoughtful and supportive- I would absolutely recommend them.

Me and my partner had a very good experience with Bear selling our home. Helen was fantastic and no request was too small, despite challenging circumstances she always stood up for us and made sure that our best foot was put forward. She's a credit to the company and the industry, Helen and Bear have our gratitude and respect.

Cannot recommend Bear Estate Agents more highly. We have had a reasonably long process in our buying and selling (through no fault of theirs) but Bear has been with us every step on the way. We originally used another local agent who seemed to lose interest once there were no potential buyers within the first 4 weeks. I have to especially call out Megan for her incredible tenacity to push things ahead and communicate all updates no matter whether big or small with what ended up being an incredibly long chain all with their own requirements. There would be no questions in using Bear again for future transactions. Thanks, team.
