GoogleIf Barratt Homes develops in your area, be prepared for your neighbourhood to resemble a new ghetto. Just look at Franklin Gardens in Cambridge, it already has a rundown appearance even before construction is complete. It already turned into a hub for drug activity.

My partner and I recently moved into our new home on the development, and I can honestly say that Helen, the assistant site manager, has been an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire process. From the moment we moved in, she's been incredibly responsive and helpful, making what can be a stressful experience so much smoother. Helen has gone above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns we've had about the property, ensuring that any minor issues were addressed promptly and professionally. Her friendly, approachable nature has made us feel truly welcome in our new home, and her dedication to her work is evident in every interaction. We couldn't be happier with the support she's provided, and we feel very fortunate to have had her guiding us through this important transition. Thank you, Helen, for making our move-in experience so positive!

GoogleIn the newly built housing estate in Bury, the materials are quite good, and a three-bedroom house costs nearly £290,000. An additional 10% basic construction surcharge is required before occupancy. This means the actual cost will exceed £320,000, which is not cheap.

GoogleStay clear unless you want a lot of problems and issues with ur home I spent more time going back to my house for trades to rectify problems then I did at work it cost me days of lost wages witch they will not help you with or compensate you and the money I lost I needed to have to actually pay for the house and bills so very bad on barrets as they said in beginning they would help but switched after they took ur money and the jobs that they done where done to such a poor standard that some times they where back multiple times to do the same job and customer services are not interested at all I would not be buying agin from barrets and would not recommend them
