GooglePerfectly sized, spacious and well built. Barratts staff and all the builders are so helpful and polite and the neighbours are all so friendly. Nice and quiet, near enough to town. A lovely place to live.

GoogleStill under development, but can see from what built already, will be s nice area to live. Hythe ranges across the road which can be a tad noisy when firing, but as have lived in places similar, you soon get used to it.

GoogleActually, my house here has very spacious rooms. Hobbits would get lost in it. Beautiful house with stunning views. I also think there is very good space between houses and it doesn't feel cramped like some developments.

GoogleMy husband and I are currently purchasing a property here, it’s a lovely development in a great setting. Everything has gone very smoothly so far, vastly due to the efficiency of our wonderful agent at Barrett Homes.

GoogleMore expensive than Aylesham and still too expensive for first time buyers without the bank of mum and dad. Lovely homes for hobbits or small families.

GoogleSign posting for address is very difficult, not a very good layout. Nice houses though.
