I bought a lovely new build Barrett home, moved in two weeks ago the whole experience has been excellent: the help from Sarah when looking around, the smooth process avoiding all chains and using the recommended solicitor couldn't have been better. Now I'm in the minor snagging is being sorted out quickly and efficiently by Richard, most excellent site manager, and it seems like nothing is too much trouble. I love my new home and would buy a Barratt home again in the blink of an eye.
