GooglePoor build quality, poor room design, poor road design, poor after sales support, poor communication throughout. Cars almost crashing into each other daily while Barratts do nothing about it, the issue is due to their terrible road design and house placement. Can't fit a single bed in a "bedroom" so be careful about buying without measuring!

GoogleYou make a complaint and they would happily put you under piles of legal information and try to tell you that we can’t solve your problem and then impose a solution which they think is right rather agreeing on anything with the customer.very sad to see how Ms Rachel ward solved the problem while representing such a big company.
