Poorly executed houses, complaints service initially poor but has improved since getting the area manager involved. Avoid buying a house with Barratts! A complete disservice to what is a beautiful area- Swanage. 7 months later and still getting works done to the house and road.

Nice small development on edge of Swanage. Staff member at show homes office wasn't very helpful though.
