GoogleMy wife and I have used Balgores Hayes Brentwood Lettings for nearly 3 years now and are thoroughly satisfied with the friendliness, service and professionalism of the entire team. What has made the difference for my partner and I , is that if things go wrong and inevitably they do sometimes, being able to rely on a competent lettings team to resolve as quickly and painlessly as possible is a key requirement for any landlord, and the Balgores Hays Lettings team consisting of Michael and Matthew delivered on this requirement.

GoogleBought my house though balgores Hayes and then sold it 6years later though them with Joe Hayes being my port of call. It was a long process but not balgores fault and was always on the phone chasing people and keeping me up to date. Always rate them when people ask about estate agents. Thanks Joe and team.

GoogleFirst of all me and my wife would like to thank everyone at Balgores Hayes for everything they have done, Joe Hayes literally moved heaven and earth to help us constantly he keeped in touch with us even when he finished work. Joe worked very close with Balgores in Romford with who we was selling our house with, both teams worked together, we wouldn’t of got our dream house if it wasn’t for Joe Hayes.

GoogleI have now bought and sold through Balgores over the last 7 years and cannot compliment them enough on there excellent service and professionalism throughout the process, I predominantly dealt with Joe Hayes and Michael who were both excellent from start to finish but also found the whole team to be on the ball and up to date with everything.

GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

GoogleReally impressed with Balgores on my recent flat purchase. Competent staff in particular a mention for Joe Lambert who I was dealing with direct. He was very efficient and made sure it was a smooth process throughout. He always returned my calls if he was away from the desk and was clear and precise with his information. Not sure how long he's been there but was extremely professional. Would recommend

GoogleThe team at Balgores were very efficient at getting my property on the market and getting viewings through the door. I was pushed for time with regards to having to sell in order to offer on another property, and the team ensured that there were no delays in getting my property on the market and viewings in the diary. Their advertisements online look the most professional compared to other estate agents and Joe H ensured all the pictures he took were of the highest quality. Joe L was always in touch to keep me updated (even if I was available to chat). I would like to thank them again for their efforts!

I would highly recommend using them.
