When buying my new flat in Brentwood Billy Bale was my contact - he was very quick at responding to my questions and always helpful for everything that I needed - if you are going through Balgores ask for Billy!

Great service from all members of the Balgores Team. Very proactive and professional. Was not a huge fan of estate agents due to previous experiences with other companies however with Balgore Hayes I couldn't recommend them more. Keep up the great work!

Originally a recommendation by a friend I was instantly impressed by the initial contact and communication from Joe. I then spent some time looking at other agents and online providers (who may have been cheaper but lacked a professional touch!) but the first impression by Balgores stayed prominent so there really was no other company close! The original help from Michael and the leg work by Joe nearer completion I felt was of a very very high standard and totally worth paying for!! I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this company!! Thank you to all of the team.

I regard Balgores in Chelmsford as the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. In particular, I found Brad Stanton, the Manager, to be charming, polite and extremely efficient from the instruction stage to the sale, exchange and completion stages. The sale has not been the easiest journey and Balgores always given me the confidence that they will succeed and that has certainly been the case. He is backed up by a very good team, who have all been willing to help. I would also like to commend Allannah Buckroyd for her concerted efforts in helping to sell my property. A great team effort from the best estate agents. Balgores are fully recommended.”

Our daughter recommended Balgores to us after having excellent service from them with her own move. Bradley and the team who have been dealing with the sale of our house have been excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. In fact we already have. The whole process seems to have happened swiftly and efficiently. The conveyancer they recommended to us have also been excellent.

I highly reccomend Balgores if you are looking to let a property! Masum was the consultant who showed me round the property, answered all my questions in confidence and was just generally a joy to talk to. I was able to get my references completed within a 4 days with no delays on my chosen move in date. paul and Emily were great help when Masum was away from his desk whenever I called in, not many agents have a team that work so closely together.

I'm very impressed by the quick and efficient service of Balgores. Masum was the agent who showed me a few flats after working hours, he was very patient and made sure I left with a complete understanding of what is required to rent a property. Masum showed a lot of pride and care in myself as he moved me in within a week of deciding on a flat and met all demands. Paul and Emily were always happy to help when I would call or if I needed updating and Masum was not available

Emily and Toni are a credit to the lettings industry, I work over at the company who do their references and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. As well as being wonderful people they are very driven to progress their lets and I'm happy to help them with anything they need. They are constantly keeping in communication with myself and it shows how much passion they have to move in their tenants!

I’d like to say a special thank you to Masum for being in constant contact and being very easy to speak with. A special thank you to Matt for being overly positive, very enthusiastic and helpful with the whole move. Finally a special thank you to Emily for being very quick with sending all the necessary documents for myself and my partner to sign to make the move possible. Thanks again guys ??

Viewed many flats and houses with Masum, he was very helpful and always offered professional advice when it come down to making a decision on a property, it's nice to of had someone so professional and ambitious as our first point of contact. We also had the pleasure of meeting Paul on a viewing who again was just as helpful, Balgores has the pleasure of Matt as a manager who talked us through the referencing procedure when we came into the office before we made our decision. Balgores as a whole was a stress free great experience! Thanks gents, we love our new place

The service I received from Mas was outstanding. He was always a gentleman and was happy to show us the property multiple times(to show my husband and measure the rooms) he showed lots of care in helping us pick the right property. He was always on the other end of the phone for any questions but if we were unable to get through to him Paul in the office was always happy to help and keep us updated.
