GoogleCustomer service is non existent, lady names Joanne just tried to argue with me on the phone! No one checked the house before I moved in, so house was in an uninhabitable condition, had to sort this myself as I was in a desperate situation with a baby. Don't bother with them, so many problems and I've only been living here 2 months! Wish I had gone elsewhere. After posting this review, I was contacted by Michael Bacon the Area Manager. He kept in contact with me and updated me on everything. Very polite and helpful, needed him from the start.

GoogleThe initial meeting with JH was professional and friendly. Once he had secured our signature to use Balgores, without being asked we started to be looked after by other members of staff . I was at home twice when Balgores turned up unannounced and let themselves in to find out later they had forgotten to confirm a show around. We were lied to on numerous occasions once our property had been sold, fortunately we knew one of the new owners who confirmed what they had told us was not true. We were also given very bad advice regarding renting a home, we were told not to start looking until 2 weeks before completion which has left us homeless Their renting department is worse than their buy/selling dept, we never once heard back from them. I tried complaining to JH but have heard nothing for 2 weeks so have no other option but to leave negative feedback here

GoogleWe cannot recommend Balgores Romford enough, from our first meet with Jack we knew we were in good hands. Smart, well mannered and super friendly. The whole process of selling to completing felt seamless with Jack, Ryan and Sean's help, they were always around to answer questions whatever time of the day we needed something answered. These guys are worth every penny when selling your home! - Thank You! TIP: Take up the offer of using their solicitors AVrillo as being linked to the company really does benefit you with chasing things up.
