GoogleHow refreshing!! An estate agents that tells it the way it is! Honest and up front.....love it! So much better than all the nonsense the others tell you, just to get your business. Sarah in lettings is really good, efficient and honest. Likewise, Kerrrie in sales. We have dealt with both and cant rate them highly enough .

GoogleRented for the first time with Baker Estates Hainault and what a lovely experience it has been. The flat we moved in to was clean to start with and well maintained. Throughout the duration of our tenancy the team was very friendly and professional. We are now moving for work purposes (very sad), but we hope to work with Baker Estates Hainault in the near future when we take out a mortgage. Special thanks to the manager Sarah, what a lovely lady!

GoogleKerrie and her team at Baker Estates have been fantastic. She's very responsive and professional. As a mortgage broker, Baker Estates have helped a lot of my clients and friends buy properties around Hainault and neighbouring areas. They've always kept us up to date throughout the process and feedback from my clients have been nothing short of excellent. Would highly recommend.

GoogleNightmare service, never again! Be aware of this agency and agent Lorna Brockington in particular. This has been the worse service I've ever experienced, with the agent in question deliberately withholding information about the property I was looking to buy as a first time buyer. Even though agreed with the agent that various checks would need to take place, I had to go directly to the solicitors as it appeared it was not in her interest to push important matters further which delayed the process by another 4 weeks. At one point she tried to force me into forgetting about all the necessary checks by saying 'any checks and repairs that need to be done in the house should be done after purchasing the property', even though my surveyors explicitly said to get someone in before, in specific to look at the roof. This was during the stamp duty holiday which she tried to used to her advantage and rush the sale. I paid for the legal searches and was awaiting the results however, she acted impulsively giving an ultimatum for me to complete the exchange, and threatened to put it back on the market, which she did as I was still proceeding with the sale, which at the start she gave me her word that she would not do. She's been extremely rude through all communications, and at times abruptly ending matters which have not yet been resolved. She doesn't stick to her word, often backtracking on promises, and would act immorally to complete a purchase. Be as due diligent as possible if you decide to use this agency; I will be taking this matter further with Ombudsman.

My handler was Sarah and I couldn't of wished for anyone more down to earth, loving, informative and professional! If I had a question or needed help on anything she was there! GoogleAmazing service received from Baker Estates. Kerrie truly is a hardworking, professional, helpful and friendly woman, she really goes over and above. She sold our house in less than a week, and done it twice! Moving home is meant to be one of the most stressful times, and that's in normal circumstances. Kerrie had sold our property in 6 days and then the pandemic that we know as COVID-19 put us into lock down and things changed, so when restrictions lifted for Estate Agents to work again then Kerrie then sold our house again, and in just 4 days. Highly recommend, can't put into words the really quality service and support given from Kerrie and Sarah at Baker Estates, Hainault. GoogleWe highly recommend Baker Estates. Kerrie was instrumental in making our move happen, she responded to all queries really fast and and went above and beyond to chase all parties to make the move happened. Sarah also was super helpful and on the ball with speedy responses. We were impressed by their friendly professionalism, it's the type of service you hope to receive but rarely do these days. It was a very positive experience.

FacebookSuch a lovely, friendly but nevertheless totally professional team. Always on the ball, keeping you up to date with what is happening and always personable. Having recently sold a property through them they have been so helpful, I could not fault them and would definitely recommend them. They have, by far, the best sale agents in the borough and they also produce the best images for advertising your property.

GoogleExtremely professional and efficient. As A first time landlord I was a little nervous about letting out my flat. Sarah practically had a new tenant sorted in a matter of days along with all relevant paperwork and answers any queries I had. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of subletting.
