FacebookI needed my flat rented in a short space of time and Stewart was extremely proactive and went above and beyond to find suitable tenants. FacebookSuperb estate agents, dealt mainly with Stewart who's commitment, organisation and client rapport was first rate. A very client centred service all round from the start to the end of the process. I'll be certain to recommend baker and chase to friends and go through them if moving house is a requirement in the future.

FacebookStewart Muir has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process of purchasing our new house, making it as seamless and swift as possible. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, property types and the sector and was extremely professional and on top of every stage, constantly liaising with the solicitors and estate agents within the chain and proactively providing us with frequent and detailed updates. We never had to chase and felt utterly confident and reassured everything was in hand. Thank you so much again Stewart!

FacebookI have been working with Stewart over the past few months as he has been has been selling my property in Enfield and all I can say is that he is OUTSTANDING! I have never come across an estate agent who genuinely cares as much as Stewart. I fully trusted I was in capable hands. He communicated regularly, works with 100% integrity and is always there even when the going got tougher! Thanks Stewart. You deserve every penny of your fee!
