GoogleNever use this estate agent if that is what you call them particularly Lorna Brockington what an arrogant rude individual.. Called to enquire about a property clearly she didn’t want to sell this property I can only think she wanted it for herself. I will never support this business again. Very angry

They really were fantastic, professional, always there at the end of the phone or email throughout both renting and sale processes and i would highly recommend them to anyone. What I valued most about them is the humanness and attitude of honesty about how *it* all works rather than the smoke and mirrors one might expect from an estate agent.Very grateful and very happy customers!

FacebookI have been working with Stewart over the past few months as he has been has been selling my property in Enfield and all I can say is that he is OUTSTANDING! I have never come across an estate agent who genuinely cares as much as Stewart. I fully trusted I was in capable hands. He communicated regularly, works with 100% integrity and is always there even when the going got tougher! Thanks Stewart. You deserve every penny of your fee!

With the current market conditions Stewart and Jason were fantastic in advising my parents and also ensuring communication was second to none. Jason always kept them updated and ensured and all of their question answers. Steward also handled all matters professionally. Thank you for helping my parents we are very grateful

He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, property types and the sector and was extremely professional and on top of every stage, constantly liaising with the solicitors and estate agents within the chain and proactively providing us with frequent and detailed updates. FacebookWe tried three different Estate Agents before trying Baker Chase, we left the other three as we felt the service they provided was poor. We dealt with both Stewart and Jason and found them both to be extremely professional as well as extremely likeable. The process from start to finish was fantastic and can be described as a bespoke service. Photo's were taken by a professional photographer, who took his time in ensuring each room or aspect was shown in its best possible light, communication, which had been sadly lacking from the previous Estate Agents, was beyond excellent, phone calls informing us of viewings were immediately followed by confirmation e-mails AND text messages and all viewings were done by either Stewart or Jason, unlike other estate agents who were unavailable. Whilst we accept that Baker Chase are a business, and as such, are in the business to make money, we both feel that Stewart and Jason treat this not so much as a job, but as a vocation and they put their heart and souls into ensuring they give you the best possible personalised service. If all Estate Agents followed their example, Estate Agents wouldn't have the reputation that they have. Would we recommend them to others? WITHOUT A DOUBT, we would go so far as to say, they are the ONLY Estate Agents in Enfield anyone should employ, and they are well worth their money.

GoogleNightmare service, never again! Be aware of this agency and agent Lorna Brockington in particular. This has been the worse service I've ever experienced, with the agent in question deliberately withholding information about the property I was looking to buy as a first time buyer. Even though agreed with the agent that various checks would need to take place, I had to go directly to the solicitors as it appeared it was not in her interest to push important matters further which delayed the process by another 4 weeks. At one point she tried to force me into forgetting about all the necessary checks by saying 'any checks and repairs that need to be done in the house should be done after purchasing the property', even though my surveyors explicitly said to get someone in before, in specific to look at the roof. This was during the stamp duty holiday which she tried to used to her advantage and rush the sale. I paid for the legal searches and was awaiting the results however, she acted impulsively giving an ultimatum for me to complete the exchange, and threatened to put it back on the market, which she did as I was still proceeding with the sale, which at the start she gave me her word that she would not do. She's been extremely rude through all communications, and at times abruptly ending matters which have not yet been resolved. She doesn't stick to her word, often backtracking on promises, and would act immorally to complete a purchase. Be as due diligent as possible if you decide to use this agency; I will be taking this matter further with Ombudsman.

GoogleIf you do not want to lose DO NOT TRUST THEM. If I would give them 0 will definetely. I saw the property and next day gave an offer and asked for second view. In the same day gave an appointment for another person, too. We gave all our paperworks and broker details and process started. 2 days later they called us and said vendor change his mind and he wanted to give the house another person. We deal with vendor. We shocked. We contacted with him personally. He said that it is not true. He left the decision to agent and they thought the other person's paper is better than us and they made the decision but they lied to us. It is NOT PROFFESSIONAL They do not do clear business. If you are lying your customers how people will trust you. DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you go with them you will be in the big game and you will be last minute loser.

Hi Anna, It's unfortunate that you did not get the house, but please let me clarify why. You offered on this house on the 17th April 2018, which was accepted. By the 30th April 2014 your survey was still not booked, despite us chasing your broker every day which resulted in empty promises that it should be booked within the next 24 hours. You were fully aware this property was on multi agency, which means other estate agents were still marketing the property. The vendor got fed up with waiting and took an offer from another agent. We spent hours chasing this and now will not receive a fee. It was in our interest for this to go through as we earn our commission on completion. The negotiations, sales letter, hours chasing over the last 13 days we will not be paid for. No one likes to work for nothing but that is exactly what we have had to do. I understand that you are disappointed, but so are we. You should take your mortgage broker and solicitor to task as the solicitor didn’t make contact at all in the 13 days with the vendors solicitor despite being advised who they were on the 19th April 2018. This is the sales process in the UK which can be disappointing for all involved. Every transaction in our office is recorded and we have proof this file was chased everyday and the vendor was kept fully informed again with emails as proof. To give us a bad review, despite our best efforts is incredibly unfair, especially considering this property purchase did not complete at no fault of our own. This should be directed at the solicitors that you hired. I wish you well with finding another property. Lorna Brockington Director
