Once I accepted the valuation, the team arranged for professional photographs to be taken the very next day, which demonstrated their efficiency and commitment. They handled all aspects of marketing the property, and thanks to their expertise, I had numerous viewings that quickly resulted in multiple offers within just a few days.
The entire process moved at a great pace, and my property was successfully sold within four months of the initial valuation appointment, which I was extremely pleased with.
Kerrie even recommended a solicitor firm that she had worked with previously and had a strong professional relationship with. This proved to be excellent advice, as the service provided by the solicitors was outstanding and completely faultless.

We thought our move was breaking down on the Monday, in fact we cancelled the removal company, but Baker Estates wouldn't give up! they badgered the solicitors to get their act together and got the removal company back on board for our eventual move on the Friday of the same week. Moving is stressful enough as it is, so you definitely need a team like Baker Estates to be on your side, and they certainly were.

GoogleI recently viewed a property in Hainault with Kerrie Binder from Baker Estates, and the experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, Kerrie was unwelcoming and made an unnecessary assumption that the house would be "too much work" for us, a comment that felt both dismissive and unprofessional.
Rather than allowing us to view the property properly, she rushed us through in a way that made my family so uncomfortable they ended up waiting outside in the heat. There was no effort to guide us around, highlight features, or engage in a professional manner, just a push to get the viewing over with as quickly as possible.
I was genuinely shocked by the lack of basic courtesy, especially given how significant a house purchase is. Baker Estates should ensure their agents provide a respectful and helpful experience, as this fell far below reasonable expectations.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We always strive to provide the highest level of customer service and all feedback is taken on board to provide a continued excellent service to our clients. I will however respond to your points. Your viewing was made for 11.15am. Your Father in law came in at 11.15am to look around and explained you were on your way and would be a few minutes late. He also said that the property in his opinion was going to be too much work for you as first time buyers to take on. You arrived late at 11.30am with your wife, mother in law and baby. We informed you that we had other appointments to attend as we were fully booked and that the appointment was scheduled 11.15am. However we still allowed you to view the property but told you that your viewing time would be limited. You became quite confrontational with my colleague Sarah and she asked you not to address her in the manner you did. Despite this Sarah offered you another appointment so you could spend the time you required for a full inspection. You declined this invitation as you confirmed there was indeed too much work for you. I would also point out that at no time were your family left outside in the extreme weather. Understanding your viewpoint, we will moving forward, make sure all viewers are aware of their allotted times and explain the importance of being there on time as we frequently have back to back viewings at other properties. We wish you and your family the very best of luck in finding the right home for your needs.
