GoogleKerrie's entire team has been very understanding and efficient! I was guided professionally and my home was staged and photographed expertly. My requirements were dealt with and home was SOLD in a very short time at the price I wanted. Have no hesitation in recommending them!!

GoogleLorna recently helped to sell my Father’s home, a process that Dad was really nervous about. Lorna could not have been more on-side, sympathetic to the situation, and helpful. She was very knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and keep the process on track. Highly recommended!

GoogleLiterally a thief, takes people's money and doesn't pay it to the council accordingly. She encourages people to pay multiple deposits for the coming months and then runs off with no warning. Don't trust this Estate.

GoogleWhat can I say, Kerrie and her team are absolutely fantastic, helped me sell my property and also purchasing my onward property. Yes, the BIG name estates agent might promise you that your property is worth more than you think and you could have 20-30 viewings but I can say that most of the time nothing comes from it. Those agencies also charge way more and what you thought you would be getting in terms of profit made from your sale, their fees, the brochure & photo costs, their recommended solicitor fees will take a HUGE chunk out of that. Kerrie and her team have been wonderful throughout, kept me updated on progress whether that's viewings, buyer offers, surveyors, it's like having a team of personal assistants but on steroids. Keeping things honest, clear and basically "caring", that personal touch during such a stressful period cannot be underestimated. How often have you had to leave a message for an estate to call you back with an update and you wait several days...? Well, NOT with Baker Estates, every call is greeted by a person on other end and not by a messaging service or a call centre. Absolutely phenomenal team, if you want a team to take care of stress then look no further. I'm a very happy Seller and Purchaser. Thanks

GoogleWe had an unprofessional experience with Sarah. Came across very rude, unbothered, and impatient because we were 5 minutes late, if not, definitely other reasons. She did not know all information that we have requested about the place, but also did not bother to find out more.

You were only 25 minutes late, we talked you through the EPC rating and said we would confirm when the EICR was completed when we returned to the office - on Monday. GoogleWe all know that buying and selling a property is a big decision and can be incredibly stressful, so you have to put your trust in the right team, people and ultimately Estate Agent. I can say that, hand on heart, having Kerrie and the team at Baker Estate's as my representative makes the whole process a whole lot easier. I have faith in her and her team with their incredible in depth knowledge of the process, great work ethic and professionalism I was first introduced to Baker Estates several years ago when buying a family home, and her efficient communication throughout the process really did impress me, especially when dealing with slow solicitors! In the past other agents I have used really do keep you in the dark until you press them for updates, which wasn't the case with Kerrie. I am now selling a rental property via Baker Estates and I Couldn't be happier knowing that the right team are driving the sale. On a side note I was happy to see a video walkthrough of my property on their Instagram which shows what the property is truly like, and not many agents do this which is a plus for me, as I find pictures don't always do a house justice! Thank you Kerrie and the team at Baker Estates!

GoogleSTOP your search. Baker Estates is THE only agent you should use for your sale or purchase! They shouldn't even be tagged 'estate agents' they are more your extended family when it comes to, in our case, selling our house. Kerrie is an absolute LEGEND and project managed the entire process for our house sale AND purchase, although technically she was only meant to help on the sale of our house. She kept everyone in the chain in the loop, which is unheard of. We swapped from another local estate agent due to 2 failed sales, to these guys because the service level we received was simply poor. We know things happen, people pull out etc, but what you need is someone who is pushing for you, keeping you updated and has your best interests at heart. We were able to contact Kerrie anytime, any day no issue or thought was turned away. We always knew where we stood with our home buying journey and given how stressful it is anyway, you NEED someone like Baker Estates to hold your hand and push for you. So in summary - always use Baker Estates, always ask for Kerrie and I have no doubt her and her team will do everything in their power to either find you the house of your dreams or sell your house with as much support as possible. I have made a friend for life and I will be sending all friends and family regardless of where they are in the country to Bakers!!! Thank you so much!
