5 stars isn’t enough! We couldn’t recommend Baker Estates more. Especially Kerrie, who we absolutely loved, has been nothing short of fantastic! I have been a landlord renting my property through Baker Estates for over 10 years. In this time I have not had cause to doubt or question any of the suggestions or requests that they have put to me with regards to repairs etc. This is a professional, friendly, honest and reliable agency who I highly recommend. Recently I had to have the bathroom updated. Sarah at Bakers was brilliant, from sourcing a bathroom fitter at short notice who could tile, plaster, paint and plumb at a price I found reasonable and do the work whilst my tenants where away, in addition to the work being completed to a high standard, Sarah did not fail me and neither did the workmanship. With photos provided to keep me updated as to the progress of the work throughout the refurbishment, I was again impressed by the level of service given. As always I have loved working with Sarah and Bakers Estates to achieve a fantastic outcome that not only impressed me but I hope will impress my tenants on their return from holiday.
