GoogleI have just moved in Hainault in a rented property from Baker Estates. They have been excellent, from start to finish. They have kept in touch with me, given me good advice and handled everything in a very professional manner. Kerrie is always so helpful and quick responsive no matter what issues we are dealing with. I would really recommend them, they take a real pride in their work.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleIf you do not want to lose DO NOT TRUST THEM. If I would give them 0 will definetely. I saw the property and next day gave an offer and asked for second view. In the same day gave an appointment for another person, too. We gave all our paperworks and broker details and process started. 2 days later they called us and said vendor change his mind and he wanted to give the house another person. We deal with vendor. We shocked. We contacted with him personally. He said that it is not true. He left the decision to agent and they thought the other person's paper is better than us and they made the decision but they lied to us. It is NOT PROFFESSIONAL They do not do clear business. If you are lying your customers how people will trust you. DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you go with them you will be in the big game and you will be last minute loser.

GoogleReally glad that we chose Baker Estates in Hainault to handle our recent house sale. Kerrie handled our sale and made several really helpful suggestions to help us to best present our house. Nothing was too much trouble for Kerrie and her team. Kerrie's photos of our home were top notch and helped us to get a healthy number of viewings. All in all, very satisfied. Many thanks Kerrie and the team!

GoogleCompetitive price but lacking in so many departments the photos were awful, the information feedback poor, and felt like there was no effort to sell the property. We moved to keystones and was glad we did

GoogleI have used Kerrie from Baker Estates twice now and I can't praise her highly enough for everything she did for us. Her attention to detail is exemplary: not only is she always at the end of a phone or message to give answers; offer reassurance and sort out difficulties, but her 'no fuss' attitude always meant we were made aware of what was happening or was likely to happen, at all times. Both sales had their ups and downs and were at times, extremely stressful. However, we always knew Kerrie had our best interests at heart and she was always able to go the 'extra mile' to sort everything out. Furthermore, she is a hugely experienced, lovely, no-nonsense lady who takes her job seriously and consistently has the best interests of her clients at heart. I would not hesitate to use her again!
