GoogleFrom start to finish, Kerrie our agent, was amazing in finding our dream home and to selling another property that was not actually in her area of work. She went over and beyond to ensure we kept to the deadline to selling and exchanging to keep all parties satisfied and kept us informed at all times. We have since kept in contact and I would see her more of a friend than just an agent. I would highly recommend speaking to Kerrie if you are looking to buy or sell!

GoogleNo no no!!!!!! Please don’t use them.!!!! I have just lost opportunity to buy a house because that lazy scam. No updates to vendor, liars, no response for the phone calls. Long story but honestly if you don’t wanna loose you money and time don’t even go there.!!! Not recommended to anyone. Anna
Hi Anna, It's unfortunate that you did not get the house, but please let me clarify why. You offered on this house on the 17th April 2018, which was accepted. By the 30th April 2014 your survey was still not booked, despite us chasing your broker every day which resulted in empty promises that it should be booked within the next 24 hours. You were fully aware this property was on multi agency, which means other estate agents were still marketing the property. The vendor got fed up with waiting and took an offer from another agent. We spent hours chasing this and now will not receive a fee. It was in our interest for this to go through as we earn our commission on completion. The negotiations, sales letter, hours chasing over the last 13 days we will not be paid for. No one likes to work for nothing but that is exactly what we have had to do. I understand that you are disappointed, but so are we. You should take your mortgage broker and solicitor to task as the solicitor didn’t make contact at all in the 13 days with the vendors solicitor despite being advised who they were on the 19th April 2018. This is the sales process in the UK which can be disappointing for all involved. Every transaction in our office is recorded and we have proof this file was chased everyday and the vendor was kept fully informed again with emails as proof. To give us a bad review, despite our best efforts is incredibly unfair, especially considering this property purchase did not complete at no fault of our own. This should be directed at the solicitors that you hired. I wish you well with finding another property. Lorna Brockington Director

With the current market conditions Stewart and Jason were fantastic in advising my parents and also ensuring communication was second to none. Jason always kept them updated and ensured and all of their question answers. Steward also handled all matters professionally. Thank you for helping my parents we are very grateful

GooglePlease don’t use them. They take money from the Tenant and landlord and refuse to release keys. IF you argue with them they Bring your race into it. Thourougly avoid these people and company

GoogleBooked an appointment - person came straight away but wasn't able to give me the evaluation of my flat as she isn't the one who do evaluations. She ensured me that all information will be past on to her colleague, who was on holiday at the time (till 7th August). I was waiting for some sort of reply, went on holiday myself and was back by the 18th August - still no response from Baker Estate. Called on the 21st August just to remind them that I'm still waiting and I was told that normally they charge £50 for evaluation (which I wasn't told before they come to evaluate my flat) but she will do it for free. I gave them my email and was told that they will email me straight away. On the 23rd August I called again just to remind them that I'm still waiting for their email. Person I spoke too promised me that she will email me straight away as email was typed but saved in her draft. It's 24th August and there is no signed from Baker Estate! Very POOR service.

FacebookWe tried three different Estate Agents before trying Baker Chase, we left the other three as we felt the service they provided was poor. We dealt with both Stewart and Jason and found them both to be extremely professional as well as extremely likeable. The process from start to finish was fantastic and can be described as a bespoke service. Photo's were taken by a professional photographer, who took his time in ensuring each room or aspect was shown in its best possible light, communication, which had been sadly lacking from the previous Estate Agents, was beyond excellent, phone calls informing us of viewings were immediately followed by confirmation e-mails AND text messages and all viewings were done by either Stewart or Jason, unlike other estate agents who were unavailable. Whilst we accept that Baker Chase are a business, and as such, are in the business to make money, we both feel that Stewart and Jason treat this not so much as a job, but as a vocation and they put their heart and souls into ensuring they give you the best possible personalised service. If all Estate Agents followed their example, Estate Agents wouldn't have the reputation that they have. Would we recommend them to others? WITHOUT A DOUBT, we would go so far as to say, they are the ONLY Estate Agents in Enfield anyone should employ, and they are well worth their money.
