Kerrie and her team provided an excellent experience when selling my home. From the very first phone call to book a valuation appointment, I felt supported and guided throughout the entire process. Once I accepted the valuation, the team arranged for professional photographs to be taken the very next day, which demonstrated their efficiency and commitment. They handled all aspects of marketing the property, and thanks to their expertise, I had numerous viewings that quickly resulted in multiple offers within just a few days. The entire process moved at a great pace, and my property was successfully sold within four months of the initial valuation appointment, which I was extremely pleased with. Kerrie even recommended a solicitor firm that she had worked with previously and had a strong professional relationship with. This proved to be excellent advice, as the service provided by the solicitors was outstanding and completely faultless. What impressed me most was how proactive both Baker Estates and the solicitor firm were throughout the sale. I never had to chase for updates, as they kept me informed with regular weekly calls and progress reports. I recently viewed a property in Hainault with Kerrie Binder from Baker Estates, and the experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, Kerrie was unwelcoming and made an unnecessary assumption that the house would be "too much work" for us, a comment that felt both dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than allowing us to view the property properly, she rushed us through in a way that made my family so uncomfortable they ended up waiting outside in the heat. There was no effort to guide us around, highlight features, or engage in a professional manner, just a push to get the viewing over with as quickly as possible. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of basic courtesy, especially given how significant a house purchase is. Baker Estates should ensure their agents provide a respectful and helpful experience, as this fell far below reasonable expectations.

The Baker Estates team were integral to getting our move over the line. They were 1st class, from start to finish. We thought our move was breaking down on the Monday, in fact we cancelled the removal company, but Baker Estates wouldn't give up! they badgered the solicitors to get their act together and got the removal company back on board for our eventual move on the Friday of the same week. Moving is stressful enough as it is, so you definitely need a team like Baker Estates to be on your side, and they certainly were.

What can I say, Kerrie and her team are absolutely fantastic, helped me sell my property and also purchasing my onward property. Yes, the BIG name estates agent might promise you that your property is worth more than you think and you could have 20-30 viewings but I can say that most of the time nothing comes from it. Those agencies also charge way more and what you thought you would be getting in terms of profit made from your sale, their fees, the brochure & photo costs, their recommended solicitor fees will take a HUGE chunk out of that. Kerrie and her team have been wonderful throughout, kept me updated on progress whether that's viewings, buyer offers, surveyors, it's like having a team of personal assistants but on steroids. Keeping things honest, clear and basically "caring", that personal touch during such a stressful period cannot be underestimated. How often have you had to leave a message for an estate to call you back with an update and you wait several days...? Well, NOT with Baker Estates, every call is greeted by a person on other end and not by a messaging service or a call centre. Absolutely phenomenal team, if you want a team to take care of stress then look no further. I'm a very happy Seller and Purchaser. Thanks

I have faith in her and her team with their incredible in depth knowledge of the process, great work ethic and professionalism I was first introduced to Baker Estates several years ago when buying a family home, and her efficient communication throughout the process really did impress me, especially when dealing with slow solicitors! In the past other agents I have used really do keep you in the dark until you press them for updates, which wasn't the case with Kerrie. I am now selling a rental property via Baker Estates and I Couldn't be happier knowing that the right team are driving the sale. On a side note I was happy to see a video walkthrough of my property on their Instagram which shows what the property is truly like, and not many agents do this which is a plus for me, as I find pictures don't always do a house justice! STOP your search. Baker Estates is THE only agent you should use for your sale or purchase! They shouldn't even be tagged 'estate agents' they are more your extended family when it comes to, in our case, selling our house. Kerrie is an absolute LEGEND and project managed the entire process for our house sale AND purchase, although technically she was only meant to help on the sale of our house. She kept everyone in the chain in the loop, which is unheard of. We swapped from another local estate agent due to 2 failed sales, to these guys because the service level we received was simply poor. We know things happen, people pull out etc, but what you need is someone who is pushing for you, keeping you updated and has your best interests at heart. We were able to contact Kerrie anytime, any day no issue or thought was turned away. We always knew where we stood with our home buying journey and given how stressful it is anyway, you NEED someone like Baker Estates to hold your hand and push for you. So in summary - always use Baker Estates, always ask for Kerrie and I have no doubt her and her team will do everything in their power to either find you the house of your dreams or sell your house with as much support as possible. I have made a friend for life and I will be sending all friends and family regardless of where they are in the country to Bakers!!! Thank you so much!
