FROM A HAPPY LANDLORD! I've been dealing with Baker estates in Hainault for over 20 years. Both Kerry and Sarah provide me with an outstanding service. As a landlord they find me great tenants and keep me updated throughout the process from marketing and viewing feedback to tenant referencing as well as moving in too. I feel I get good value and honest advice from people who have experience and real knowledge in their field. My Dad has also used Baker estates Hainault to help him sell and he had a great service too. They really pushed for the best price and vetted the purchaser at the beginning of the sale to make sure they were the best purchaser for my Dad. They were in contact with Solicitors and mortgage broker and everyone was kept in the loop. Not all Estate agents go the extra mile but these ones do and I would highly recommend them. Stewart Muir has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process of purchasing our new house, making it as seamless and swift as possible. Rented for the first time with Baker Estates Hainault and what a lovely experience it has been. The flat we moved in to was clean to start with and well maintained. Throughout the duration of our tenancy the team was very friendly and professional. We are now moving for work purposes (very sad), but we hope to work with Baker Estates Hainault in the near future when we take out a mortgage.
