GoogleVery poor customer service and communication- I viewed a property in January and made an offer. No one got back to me to let me know it wasn't accepted- I found out from Rightmove. Then the property returned to the market and I still wasn't contacted - stay away as they'll just waste your time!

FacebookWe tried three different Estate Agents before trying Baker Chase, we left the other three as we felt the service they provided was poor. We dealt with both Stewart and Jason and found them both to be extremely professional as well as extremely likeable. The process from start to finish was fantastic and can be described as a bespoke service. Photo's were taken by a professional photographer, who took his time in ensuring each room or aspect was shown in its best possible light, communication, which had been sadly lacking from the previous Estate Agents, was beyond excellent, phone calls informing us of viewings were immediately followed by confirmation e-mails AND text messages and all viewings were done by either Stewart or Jason, unlike other estate agents who were unavailable. Whilst we accept that Baker Chase are a business, and as such, are in the business to make money, we both feel that Stewart and Jason treat this not so much as a job, but as a vocation and they put their heart and souls into ensuring they give you the best possible personalised service. If all Estate Agents followed their example, Estate Agents wouldn't have the reputation that they have. Would we recommend them to others? WITHOUT A DOUBT, we would go so far as to say, they are the ONLY Estate Agents in Enfield anyone should employ, and they are well worth their money.

GoogleWe had an unprofessional experience with Sarah. Came across very rude, unbothered, and impatient because we were 5 minutes late, if not, definitely other reasons. She did not know all information that we have requested about the place, but also did not bother to find out more.

You were only 25 minutes late, we talked you through the EPC rating and said we would confirm when the EICR was completed when we returned to the office - on Monday.
