GoogleCan't recommend Baker estates enough. Made a complicated sale much easier. Always on hand to answer questions and to reassure. Great service and a great team. On the ball with everything and very quick to respond. Definitely not your average estate agents.

GoogleFROM A HAPPY LANDLORD! I've been dealing with Baker estates in Hainault for over 20 years. Both Kerry and Sarah provide me with an outstanding service. As a landlord they find me great tenants and keep me updated throughout the process from marketing and viewing feedback to tenant referencing as well as moving in too. I feel I get good value and honest advice from people who have experience and real knowledge in their field. My Dad has also used Baker estates Hainault to help him sell and he had a great service too. They really pushed for the best price and vetted the purchaser at the beginning of the sale to make sure they were the best purchaser for my Dad. They were in contact with Solicitors and mortgage broker and everyone was kept in the loop. Not all Estate agents go the extra mile but these ones do and I would highly recommend them. It’s always a pleasure doing business with you! Long may it continue - Kerrie and Sarah x

GoogleI can not rate highly enough, I dealt with Sarah who was a pleasure. She was extremely helpful and supported me with all the complexities I was experiencing. She is down to earth, personable and tailored the whole experience to my needs. I am leaving to move areas but I really wish I could continue to deal with baker estates as they made my rental journey both smooth and enjoyable. A brilliant organisation and would urge anyone to use for the best possible experience possible. Thanks again to the whole team I feel we have built a strong relationship !

GoogleSoon to be found out. Good luck withholding monies that are not yours. Love how people assume, everyone is below you and don’t understand the laws. Maybe check working backgrounds of people you are dealing with Lorna Pockington/Duley. Authorities aware and will be touch.

GoogleHow fantastic the lovely ladies of Bakers Estates are. Nothings ever too much. They found buyers for us and when the current financial situation got worse, forcing us to withdraw, they have still supported us and been the nicest people. When we're ready to go back on the market, we'll go back to Bakers. Thank you! Wendy and Colin
It’s been a pleasure working with such a lovely family - I’m sure we can get you where you need to be very soon! See you soon for a cuppa and a catch up. Thanks again

GoogleVery good service. Can’t praise Baker Estates enough. Kerrie is a lovely women who is very approachable & responsive & was always honest with me about everything. Although the sale of my property didn’t end up happening through Bakers due to no fault of their own, I was very happy with how I was treated & would have no problem using them again. Thank you Kerrie & everyone else for the amazing service you gave me x
