GoogleI worked with Candy to sell my apartment and really had a fabulous experience from start to finish, She was knowledgeable, approachable, endlessly patient and always available to take phone calls. She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Candy made our whole process as painless and straightforward as possible. I would highly recommend her!

GoogleVery unprofessional, they come for viewings without giving us notice. They touched our stuff put clean towels in dirty water and dirty stuff on our clean face towels. They moved our stuff around even though we asked them nicely 4 times to give us notice before they come they think our house is the local coffee shop. Very unprofessional

GoogleMost unprofessional and disrespectful agency I have dealt with. Rental contract provided only on the day of move-in (despite immediate payments on our side), no reaction whenever issues in our rental flat where raised (e.g. 2 months without heating in winter, 2 months without functioning fridge), visits to our apartment without prior notice, and 7 weeks wait to get a full deposit back (despite us chasing them every few days).

GoogleHighly disorganised and unhelpful letting agent, the worst I have experienced in 20 years as a landlord. Yes they have a large flash office on the high street but don't let that deceive you, they are lazy and disorganised virtual thieves in suits. For the service provided to both landlord and tenant their fees are exorbitant and they do not put in the slightest effort to answer a simple question once they have collected their fee. You can do better for yourself than use this company, go elsewhere.

GoogleHad a great experience with Eva Bouzaki and her team - they were professional, easy to communicate with and very well organised (such a rare quality for estate agents...) and they made one of my biggest nightmares (i.e. looking for a new house) into an almost pleasurable experience. Will definitely be using them again!

GoogleI was requesting a viewing for a 2 bedroom terraced property in Brixton priced for 1400. So the agent answered me that I could come to the Atkins McLeod office for a viewing the same day. When I arrived there the agent was asking all sort of questions, such as the employment status of me and me girlfriend presumably in order to figure out whether we could be problem tenants. She then drove for about 20 minutes to the accommodation I intended to see, but when we arrived there I was told that the somebody else had already secured the flat by paying the deposit. In other words: I was driving all the way down from the East of London to view a property, only to be told that it was already off the market. Thanks to AtkinsMcLeod for wasting my time!!!

GoogleFantastic professional service from Elena heading up Lettings at the Balham Office. I have used the office for Lettings across, Balham, Streatham Hill and Battersea and the team always does a great job. Not only is the team good at finding tenants but great with customer service. Always keep in touch, phone back, go above and beyond to help the landlord.
