GoogleI recently bought a house and had the pleasure of working with Maria throughout the process. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Maria responded to every email incredibly quickly and was always kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Her support made the entire experience so much smoother and far less stressful. GoogleThe service provided throughout was really comforting as the estate agents knew we were moving 400 miles at it would be a challenging time. We used their conveyancers also who worked hand in hand on all aspects of the move. Never had to chase a thing and dealt with any issues straight away. First class service, thank you and well done!

GoogleI’ve had such a positive experience with my letting agent and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From start to finish, they have been incredibly supportive in helping me find an apartment that’s just right for me. They really listened to what I was looking for and made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. Communication has been excellent throughout, they were always quick to respond, clear with information, and happy to answer any questions I had. Moving out on my own could have been a very stressful experience, but they genuinely put my mind at ease and made everything feel manageable. I’d especially like to mention Laura Bromwell, who has been my main point of contact and an incredible help throughout the whole process. She has been so supportive, patient, and reassuring. I’d also like to thank Hannah Whitehead, between the two of them, they have always been there to resolve any concerns or questions I’ve had. I’m honestly so thankful for everything they’ve done for me. It’s made such a difference, and I really appreciate all the support along the way!

GoogleI have never been in this position before so was completely out of my comfort zone. Clare has been a real source of knowledge but more importantly a real source of support during a difficult period with the freeholder. Her no nonsense approach is refreshing and her ability to make things happen remarkable. She and her team have earthy trust from day one and when approached by the freeholder to rent to him it was an easy no; I’m happy with the service I get and have no wish to move to another company

GoogleWe sold our house in Furzedown with Alexander Seymour and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From the first visit , with Adam to Isla accompanying us through the whole journey , everything was smooth and professionally executed . Nothing was too much trouble. If I could have awarded more than 5 stars I would have done. House selling is always labeled as one of the most stressful events in your life , It’s NOT , if you engage Alexander Seymour . After a bad experience with another local agency, Alexander Seymour completely turned things around with the sale of my flat and a huge part of that was down to Zoey. Within just a week of going to market, I had accepted an offer. She kept me updated at every stage of the buyer’s progress and was always super responsive whenever I had any questions.
