Really poor experience using their services, ended up being told credits and the package was charged incorrectly which would be refunded, only for them to then backtrack. On top of this the data quality is extremely poor. We matched it to other tech used and it didn't add up. Be wary if you go ahead and watch out for the subscriptions not being cancelled as they should be

Sadly, despite a few pleasant letting agents at Aspire Clapham, I would not recommend this agency to tenants looking to rent a flat in London. The building where I rented was very poorly maintained (mould, mice, leaks), despite an extortionate rent and consistently poor support from the agency. One agent in particular was extremely rude and dismissive, and frankly should not be working in a role that requires basic professionalism, respect, and human decency towards clients who are paying for a service. After this disastrous experience, I am actively telling everyone I know who is looking for a flat in London or moving to London to avoid this agency at all costs.

As a first-time buyer, it was a dream to work with Isla who was excellent throughout the entire process. She was consistently personable, responsive and proactive, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Isla kept me well informed at every stage, kept on top of the chain, chased when needed, and was always happy to explain things clearly. Being able to get in touch with her almost always immediately was really reassuring and she was positive whilst also being realistic! Would recommend Alexander Seymour, and particularly Isla, to anyone - clearly experts in the area, providing a top-class service.

Great local knowledge and helped recommend some great builders and solicitors to help us too. Found a buyer for our home really quickly, with excellent communication throughout. Special mention for Zoey, who was there every step of the way. Highly recommended.

We are so glad we chose Alexander Seymour! When we first spoke with Adam, he really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and shared a lot of helpful insight about the area. We then worked closely with Zoey, who was amazing!!
