GoogleExtremely poor service. We chose Aspire to be in charge of selling our property, our first impressions were very good sales man (so we thought), good knowledge of the market etc. We put our trust in Clifford from Balham branch to help push the sale of our property however that was not the case. 3 months on from signing contract there was no For Sale board up even asking countless times, a few doors down the road had their new sold board up, why was ours never sorted out. The lack of correspondence was ridiculous, I was the one that had to do all the chasing on what was going on. For the 3 months we had only one viewing only to find out that our property was taken off Rightmove without us being aware! We were then told that the Tooting branch was going to look after us promising calls on a weekly basis- this never happened and I had to email and call Chris several times. They promise alot of things but didn't follow through and for this we cancelled with them and went elsewhere. Do not recommend!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am absolutely delighted. I have just completed and moved in to a fantastic house, that I purchased through Aspire. My estate agent George, was amazing. At a particularly stressful period of time, with the stamp duty holiday deadline looming, he remained calm, professional and approachable and from making my offer to completion only took 9 weeks. Which is some feat in this market. During the whole process he was always well informed, happy to help and had obviously nurtured an excellent relationship with the vendors, as any queries to them were quickly answered and everything moved very smoothly. Based on our preferences, he showed us properties that were just about to come on the market, with one ending up being the home we bought. He was very responsive through the whole process, helping to ensure we met the stamp duty holiday deadline, and even introduced us to our solicitor (who was very good). GoogleI received a terrible service as a tenant, first they advertise no deposit scheme and refuse to let you have this, because it’s «too much paperwork for them». Then they say that the property is quite but it’s so noisy in and out that it’s impossible to have a quite moment here. Just a blatant lies. The noisy screamy bathroom fan was promised to be fixed before the moving date and it’s now 2,5 month since we moved in and they still didn’t fix it. I called and few sent emails about it but they don’t even bother to reply to them. Just regretting ever getting in touch with this estate agents, as it seems that they treat tenants without any care.
