Aspire and their Block Management department have been managing our 4 flats and commercial property in the Kensington area for well over a decade now, I just wanted to leave this review to publicly say thank you for their excellent service over the years, every little detail is always taken care of with no fuss, their communication is excellent, whenever we have/need any works doing on the properties, whether it is a replacement oven or a full refurbishment, Aspire have taken care of all of this providing multiple competitive quotes, it really makes the running of these properties effortless as a landlord. We are looking to hopefully add more properties in the coming years and Aspire will be managing them all. I would also like to say the whole team have been excellent, but Carlo Skudder has been exceptional he always goes above and beyond and I can’t sing his praises enough. Thank you to all the team at Aspire for all your hard work.

Yeah pretty bad communication between agents and potential tenants. Not providing updates on what's happening with the offer. Not saying that all their agents are the same but had a not too good of an experience with them. Update - once posted this review I was told that someone will get in touch and go through the details, they didnt, so yeah, one star remains.
