Sadly I could not recommend Aspire, started out good but after 5 months, a change in sales manager and lots of stress (I attribute a lot of that stress to the poorly managed sales process). Key points where -Advertised/communicated property incorrectly to buyer (which cost me time and money) -Unkept dates for memo of sale (should have been sorted by December 2022, ended up being end of April 2023 -Constant chasing by inexperienced staff on behalf of buyer -Buyer not properly vetted at start (as per own T&C's) -no communication once deal completed, 8k for doing very little....... a simple thank you would be nice ;)

I had a great relationship with Aspire who managed the rental of my flat in Clapham when I left the UK back in 2015. So it made sense to arrange the subsequent sale through them as well. I told them the time frame in which I wanted to sell (3 months) and they were able to secure a buyer within the first 2 weeks of the property going on the market. After that my sales agent always kept me updated on progress and followed up on any queries/ concerns that I had. We initially listed our property with Purplebricks, where we struggled with follow up from viewings and various other issues. Because of this we decided to go with a traditional agent. Once Aspire had it listed they worked tirelessly to get it sold and one thing I think is so often overlooked is the work required to get a property exchanged and across the line. Chris was chasing solicitors up and down the chain as well as other agents. Without him this would undoubtably have fallen apart and he outshone the other agents in the chain. I can't recommend Aspire highly enough.
