GoogleThe team at THW Kendal kept me informed at all stages of the house sale which was more complicated due to probate. A really friendly and well informed team. I would definitely recommend THW Estate Agents if you are selling a property.

GoogleAVOID. Had the worst experience renting at Riverside place. Got mold positioning, our parcels were stolen and vomit was left uncleaned outside our flat for days. Eventually had to move out as lift was broken and my disabled boyfriend couldn’t access the flat. They did nothing to fix the issue for weeks!! Incompetent

GoogleWe have been looking for a little while for a joint place for me and my partner to move in to and it has been particularly a very difficult year for my partner having lost her mother and home. As soon as we saw the available flat at Riverside we went for it and were helped brilliantly from the get go. Laura has been superb and made a tricky situation very smooth and easy. Can not recommend her or the agency highly enough.

GoogleExcellent service from the beginning. Amy was friendly and professional in her approach with both ourselves and the people buying our properties. The properties were a “one off” and would only appeal to a certain buyer. During the time, Amy kept us informed with the number of views etc compared to others.
