We had the pleasure of dealing with Alison during our recent purchase and for the c.9 months we were looking or a house before that. She said she was determined she was going to find us a house and she was right! Alison was very helpful and always friendly and cheerful - qualities that should not be underestimated during the stresses of a property purchase. I had heard mixed reviews of (other) agents at Aspire prior to working with them ourselves, but Alison was great! We had open and clear dialogue at all times and built a good working relationship. So much so that I requested Alison remain my contact throughout the process and was very pleased when she agreed. Far better to keep a positive relationship that be passed between agents (IMHO). I would recommend seeking out Alison to anyone searching for a property in the Furzedown area.

Great proactive agent. I have been working with a few different estate agent, Georgina is the one will take extra miles for the clients. She is not only doing the duties of an estate agent, putting a really good selling strategies on our property, she also helped us clean the patio stones at her own time when we needed lending of hands, even helped out clearing the house. She has worked on the buying couple when they wanted delaying the completion, she is the best agent you can wish for with the stress of buying or selling houses. Highly recommend her, her sevice is definitely worth the fees we paid her.

I can't recommend Neil & Ewa highly enough. They are a great team. Both really enjoy what they do & are very good at every aspect of the job. I highly recommend Mat Berna from Aspire, Balham. Amazing service, above and beyond! We moved to Australia and he helped us sell our house in Streatham. We had loads of issues, a house sale is very difficult to manage from thousands of miles away, Mat was supportive and helpful, nearly every day for months! We had tenants that over stayed causing the sale to fall through, complicated buyers and a series of unfortunate events, Mat was amazing and supportive. He stuck with us through and through, excellent communication (even to Australia) with all parties and tenacity throughout the whole process.
