GoogleKatie at Aspire Fulham had been amazing since the start. She listened to me and showed me a property I would have dismissed initially but fell in love with it. She supported my offer and dealt as a great intermediary with some of the legal issue. From offer to exchange in 7 weeks had been amazing

GoogleOne star is far too high! Worst agency in London! Most dishonest, disorganised and illegally operated company I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with! Two friends and I were looking for somewhere to rent. We spent 3 weeks going through referencing and lots of waisted time chasing up useless staff memebers!! We had to write a long essay to « sell » ourselves to the landlord, send our linked in profiles. Which I find absurd! Later down the line after refferencing had been passed the landlord randomly déviées that she didn’t want shares in the end, in the same day the sent a marketing email to all new clients (one of my friends received) saying that the apartment was back on the marketing!!! Despite the agency still still holding our deposit which is completely illegal! After this we were told that we would be able to have the property again if only two of us were on the tenancy agreement, which gave us hope… We were promised we would receive our new tenancy agreement Monday 8th of April only to discover that our agent who we were in touch with was on AL. After such a whirlwind of stress and emotions we found out that the landlord actually didn’t want to apply for liscence for sharers and that we will be refunded. Two months we spent waisting our precious time. Despite our requirements being clear from the start! To any of my friends and family who are looking or selling I will strongly discourage them from using aspire.
