GoogleWe’ve just completed the sale of our house with Ashtons in Stockton Heath. Adam was fantastic, he was always contactable and happy to spend time on the phone to try and help resolve issues. We had complications along the way, due to a variety of issues - Adam ensured the queries between the two parties were turned around quickly and that the negotiations remained constructive throughout. I genuinely don’t think the sale would have happened without him. Would certainly use Ashtons again in the future!

GoogleWe’ve just used Ashton’s in Stockton Heath to sell our house, and they were great. Nick was so enthusiastic from the very first visit and then went on to market the house brilliantly. The photos, copy and 3-d tour were top notch. We had a steady stream of viewings, all handled professionally and at times to suit the potential buyers. The buying process was a bit long and painful due to issues further down the chain but nick was always onto it, chasing solicitors regularly, and all credit to him that it completed when it did. We are really grateful to him for being so pro-active, positive and professional throughout, and for being an overall good egg. We would definitely recommend.

GoogleYesterday I moved house after 35 years and the whole experience took around 10 weeks My house was on sale for months with another Agent ..yes they got the viewers in but were not able to convert to a Sale.Adam dealt with the whole thing quickly and professionally and kept me updated at all times.The whole process was not as difficult as anticipated.Thank you Adam for having that "human touch "..I would say if I ever move again I will definitely contact you but that's never going to happen..last and final chapter in the Lakes.Thank you all and mostly Adam for your support and professionalism..

GoogleI have just bought my first house with the help of Adam and the team at Stockton Heath. They gave me constant support the whole way, no matter how many times a I phoned Adam, he was always on the other line answering the abundance of questions I had and going out of his way to meet for early morning viewings. They definitely helped the relive the stress of purchasing a house, I can’t thank them enough.

GoogleVery professional. I got frustrated trying to find a suitable rental in St Albans due to the shortage of decent 2 bed rentals this summer and the bidding wars that were taking place. Theses agent did not play me off against other prospective viewers or force me increase on the asking price to secure a property. All expression of interest put to the landlord and landlord's choice based on what was on paper without been put off by my name and the fact i was a single mother which was my experience from a couple of St Albans landlords and agents. Overall experience with these agents has been very good and will use again. Ms K O

GoogleI've looked at several houses in St Albans and registered with 6 different Estate Agents. Ashtons are by far the best Estate Agents in the town, I can't recommend them highly enough! They always extremely friendly, very professional and respond to all queries immediately. The agents showing us around the houses are extremely knowledgeable and come prepared with notes to answer any questions that you have. The houses are also priced sensibly compared to other agents. I will definitely be choosing Ashtons to list my property when I come to selling my house!

GoogleWell done Jamie, he battled through lockdown to find a good tenant. We actually had four offers of which two were accepted and two rejected. Under the circumstances it was exceptional.
