GoogleWe bought and sold through Anthony Pepe and were really happy with the services received. We bought through the Palmers Green branch and were really impressed with teams treatment of us and their professionally. We dealt with Maria and Mina who were both excellent and we can highly recommend. It was quite a problematic move following our buyers dropping out initially and needing to find another to keep the chain together but I felt confident that Maria would hold everything together on the buying side of things, she also however played a key role liaising with the Haringay office on our sale. The office is always 1 step ahead of you during the full process, which is all you can ask from an estate agent. In short excellent!

GoogleTim and Nasia both helped me with the sale of my flat and I have to say that I've been impressed. They have been attentive, informative and have worked really hard all the way through the process. One thing that has stood out dealing with Anthony Pepe is the level of good consistent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe and would certainly use them again.

Susan and Gemma kept me updated at all times, let me know when every viewing took place and were always there with feedback. And when the offer came in made sure the sale went through with minimal fuss. I would - and already have - recommend them to anyone else selling in the Green Lanes area.

We recently sold our flat in Highbury with James at Anthony Pepe. Of all the agents we met, they were the most knowledgable about the area and it was an easy decision to instruct them. Throughout the sales process, James was a pleasure to deal with - he kept us updated and gave excellent advise, with nothing ever being too much trouble. The rest of the team at Anthony Pepe were also extremely friendly and helpful - we would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective vendors.

Susan and her colleagues at Anthony Pepe have really helped me through the whole process of buying in their area. I have felt very safe in the hands of such a friendly, competent and reassuring service. In addition to that I always felt that she and her colleague Ben really cared about helping me to find the right property. GoogleSpoke to Anthony Pepe estate agents sales today 21/07/16 @ 12:30 and spoke to sales. Looking for a two bed with a tiny bit of outside space ideally 375,000 met with a hugely arrogant response from the representative telling me that he'd sold a one bed in the area for 415,000 giving me the impression that what I was offering wasn't worth him getting out of bed for, I live in the area and am viewing a two bed later today for 349,000 so they are out there. He then went on too show off about 14 sales this month giving me the impression that my business is not really required and that I should be made to feel fortunate that he's even taking time to talk to me. They didn't seem to proud when they rang me two or three times last month and continuously inundate me with emails etc I don't know whether it's just estate agent bravado trying to pigeon chest the brexit slump or just arrogance but it put me off for good. I'll just go to another estate agent there's plenty out there who would be happy to offer customer service even with my meagre offerings. You might have 14 sales this month but what about next? Anthony Pepe please don't forget the reason your sat at your desk and the damage that poor customer service and negative posts can create

James and Sophie have been fantastic throughout the whole process of us selling our flat. After getting valuations from a number of agents it was Anthony Pepe that impressed us the most and we’re so glad now that we went with them rather than one of the online agencies. They got us a quick sale at the price that we were really happy with and have negotiated the whole deal brilliantly. We’ve never had to wait for a response to email or call and have had complete faith in them throughout the whole process. Would absolutely recommend Anthony Pepe, and in particular James in the Highbury branch, for any house sale or purchase.

Spoke to Anthony Pepe estate agents on Green lanes, looking for a two bed at 375,000 was met with a fairly arrogant response by the representative who told me they'd just sold a one bed for 415,000 attempting to give me the impression that I wouldn't stand a chance, that they'd already hit 14 sales this month, Gave me the impression that my custom was neither here nor there. I've asked for details to be removed, because they might have hit 14 sales but they're surrounded by competition and have rang me several times so not to proud to call when they're desperate to offload but happy to show off when they seem to be doing alright. Thanks but no thanks
