We have rented a flat through Anthony Pepe's and when we ourselves had delays with getting our paperwork and deposits together, the agents were very understanding and still reassured us and went the extra mile to ensure we got the flat. Any maintenance problems or queries have always received an immediate response from Catherine, followed up by a personal call or email to double check everything is ok. I have always found Anthony Pepe's to be professional and friendly and will happily continue with them as my letting agents :-)

I have had excellent Letting

I have had excellent Letting Service from Anthony Pepe, especially the Letting Manager. Her most polite and gentle attitude whilst presenting herself with the job allocated. Her thorough way of working during the different stages of letting, is handled in the most professional manner. I respect her very highly in my personal opinion as an individual and also as a company director- and have had several dealings with Catherine ever since she has been with Anthony Pepe. Finally I will state in writing that Catherine leaves no space of doubts in any form - telephone/letter/email!

I have been renting my property via Anthony Pepe & Co for the past 3-4 years now and they take responsible for the management of it. I have been extremely satisfied with the level of service received to date. I must add that I am extremely happy with the professionalism shown by Catherine when dealing with any enquiries or queries I have regarding my property. An example is where a previous tenant left the property in a less than satisfactory condition. Catherine has been extremely proactive and very helpful in dealing with my exisiting claim through the DPS. Nothing is ever outside of her remit and she is always available via email or phone.

I bought a flat through Anthony Pepe after a pretty laborious search process in which I used plenty of other agents. They were definitely one of the best I dealt with. James Richmond was my point of contact there and he was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy (some other agents can be really irritatingly so in my experience). He seemed to quickly get an understanding of what I was after and not waist time taking me to properties that wouldn't interest me (again something other agents can do). I suppose importantly though he kept me in the loop of new properties coming onto the market and was very patient with me being picky. Also after a purchase episode went wrong they seemed to genuinely go the extra mile for me to sort out another flat very quickly, for which I am very gratefully. During the purchase they were helpful and quick to respond to any queries. So on the whole I was happy with the service they provided.

Very unprofessional agency,

Very unprofessional agency, NOT RECOMMENDED!!. I wanted to rent a flat and assured it was for us after paying a holding deposit (usually asked while checking references) just to find out the following day there there were other people interested. Due to this we were not able to put the right offer and we did not get the flat. Not only that paperwork was missing, information hide and they were unable to give an explanation of what happened.
