As estate agents go, they are the lowest of the low. Aggressive, pushy and rude, they seem to be lying to the vendor as well as the buyer. I had to pull out of a deal arranged through them because of their inability to get the dialogue between the two interested parties going. Stay away and let some other agent make the money on your property.

Meeting Ben Tootill-Borrill and his team was like a breath of fresh spring air. From start to finish of the selling transaction of my property they provided me with exceptional advice and service. We were very impressed by their professionalism, enthusiasm, interest and verve at all times. They work together efficiently and harmoniously. Their communication skills were excellent and they kept me informed through every stage of the selling process. They were open, honest and friendly but, at the same time, they acted in a professional business manner. It was a good experience to deal with them. We are more than pleased to recommend Ben Tootill-Borrill, James Haines, Louise Brown and James Cooper to any future vendors. Also they can serve as an excellent example to some of the estate agents in the area. This is a no-nonsense Company.

We purchased a property through Anthony Pepe recently and were very happy with the service recieved. James was always happy to make himself available for questions and issues (even when on holiday) and was very professional throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend - and I am not easy to please.

Ben managed the sale of our property. We were in the middle of a chain and it was a difficult time for us and the sale was not an easy one. Ben was honest and very capable at managing everyone's expectations and personalities. We felt we could trust him. The way the managed the process of showing our flat was very professional too.

We sold our flat using Anthony Pepe and were very pleased with the service we received. My partner is always quite sceptical about dealings with certain professions and estate agents don't always get the best press, however we were delighted with the communication, openness and attitude of everyone in the office we spoke to and the whole selling/buying process was made so much easier with the help of Ben and Louise... I can't thank them enough. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my friends in the area who would like to sell their places - as far as estate agencies go, I'd say these are definitely the good guys (and girls!)

Anthony Pepe have been absolutely amazing in helping us to sell our flat. I can't recommend them more highly. House selling and buying can be incredibly stressful but they were there every step of the way to support us and to help smooth over the process. They were always polite, respectful and available, answering the phone or emails promptly and helpfully. Although I imagine that they have a hectic workload they also always made time for us, made us feel like we mattered and that we were important to them. Their attitude suggested they were not just concerned about making money from the sale of our flat but that they genuinely cared about finding us a good buyer and helping us find a new home also. Before selling our flat we also rented it out for 8 months with them and they took excellent care of the property and found us brilliant tenants. Thank you Ben, James and Catherine!

We wanted to sell our property to move to a bigger place. Where to ask? We turned to neighbours and friends... They all recommended Anthony Pepe & co and we are so pleased that we listened to them. After the evaluation, the house was put on the market and sold within 6 days and at the asked price! We couldn't have asked for more! Our experience with Anthony Pepe was very positive. We completed the sale in 3 months with no problems. The staff was always very friendly, efficient and available at all times. We have also been kept regularly updated on any new situation or demands from our buyer or our vendor. Anthony Pepe & co have provided us with a very high quality service! We would not only recommend any potential buyer or seller to use their service but we'll definitely go back to them if we were to sell our property again.

Ben at Anthony Pepe was a delight to work with. From the point of valuation he was the least pushy out of all the agents we met. Ben's valuation was spot on compared to valuations from other agents. We got exactly the asking price from the first preview viewings. Anthony Pepe's commission charges were reasonable too. While we waited for exchange and then completion Ben kept in regular contact and was always polite and reassuring. The frontline staff at the Haringey office were also very polite too. I would certainly recommend selling with Anthony Pepe.

Their customer service skills are extremely poor. If you're a landlord trying to sell your house, they'll suck up to you, otherwise very unhelpful, arrogant, dismissive, fake attitude. They won't take your call, will claim they're busy even though when you enter the office they're all sitting down chatting. Think twice before you use their service, quite immature bunch of young estate agents.

Efficient service from beginning to end. The drawing up of the rental contract was straightforward and the fees from what I can remember were OK. Tenancy was managed well. I used Anthony Pepe in Harringay for the sale of my 1 bedflat. Ben is very professional but also personable. He gave a fair valuation and their fees are reasonable. He was always available to answer any questions I had especially when things got a little erratic with the solicitors. My property was sold within a week and Ben has been very good at laising with all parties involved to get the sale completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team.

I used Anthony Pepe to sell two half houses, one after the other - the first sale was particularly long and stressful, but Ben was always kind and calm, even when I was hysterical! Thomas did a great job selling the second house. They have reasonable fees and a great website and service and are far from the stereotypical 'oily' estate agents!

I recently bought a flat through Anthony Pepe in Green Lanes and was really impressed with the staff and service I received. They were professional from the outset and went out of their way to ensure that I was shown the sort of property that I was looking to buy, thereby reducing the number of wasted trips that can often be the case when looking for a place. James Richmond proved to be an excellent negotiator and was instrumental in me getting the place for the right price. I would definitely use Anthony Pepe again and highly recommend them to others.

We dealt with Anthony Pepe when we purchased our studio flat and found them to be a tremendously good estate agency. They were always helpful and thorough when trying to match prospective properties to our needs, as was indicated by the fact that we only had to see three flats before finding the one we wanted. James Richmond proved to be a great negotiator who helped to get the flat for the price that I wanted. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.
