GoogleI’ve just exchanged on my home in Harringay. In a difficult market, Paolo of Anthony Pepe had a clear pricing and sales strategy from the outset that I believe was the key to a successful sale. The brochure and photography were excellent, generating strong interest and plenty of viewings, which led to five offers. When an issue arose with one of the offers, Plan B was put in motion and quickly produced a solid buyer at what felt like a very fair price given the slower market and uncertain economic climate. Paolo came highly recommended by my neighbours, who had recently bought through Anthony Pepe , and I can see why. Throughout the process he was cheerful, professional and consistently quick to reply to emails and WhatsApp messages.

GoogleWe recently bought a house in Harringay via Anthony Pepe and received great support from the team throughout the transaction. When arranging viewings, the team was very responsive and set up back to back appointments over a weekend for us, even driving us from one property to the next. After we put and offer in, the team was present, and helped in ironing out some misunderstanding between the two sets of lawyers. Friendly staff and very responsive - a good experience start to finish.

GoogleBuying a flat with Anthony Pepe in Harringay was an absolute pleasure. I met several of the staff, who were always helpful, friendly and scrupulously honest. They showed me a number of places, each better than the last, and when I finally found the place I liked they gave me good advice and even helped with the conveyancing process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a fantastic experience working with Anthony Pepe to find my apartment. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, I never had to wait long to hear back, even when I had a lot of questions. What really stood out was how patient he was throughout the whole process. He took the time to genuinely understand what I was looking for instead of just pushing listings at me, which made a huge difference.

GoogleI have nothing but praise for Anthony Pepe, who took over the letting and management of my flat in Harringay in 2022 after many years with another local agent. At the centre of that positive experience has been their Director of Lettings, Michael Komodromos. He held my hand through a year-long process of planning renovations, marketing the property, and selecting new tenants. At that point, the team of able and efficient Anthony Pepe property managers took over to deliver a hassle-free letting experience. Even during a letting break, Anthony Pepe has stayed by my side. Recently, Michael remotely tracked down and arranged for a set of flat keys they still had to be handed over to a locked-out family member barely more than an hour after I had called for help - what a hero! I know who I'll be entrusting my flat to when I'm ready to re-let.
