Our experience with Anthony Pepe was short but this was down to them finding a buyer for our property. The sales person was very helpful and provided regular updates on our sale. They were very easy to deal with and available for any questions or queries we had. It is a number of years since I last used an agent to buy or sell a property. I would recommend Anthony Pepe to anyone looking to sell from my experience and although I have not purchased a property through Anthony Pepe, there is no reason to believe that they would not provide the same level of service.

James and Sophie have been fantastic throughout the whole process of us selling our flat. After getting valuations from a number of agents it was Anthony Pepe that impressed us the most and we’re so glad now that we went with them rather than one of the online agencies. They got us a quick sale at the price that we were really happy with and have negotiated the whole deal brilliantly. We’ve never had to wait for a response to email or call and have had complete faith in them throughout the whole process. Would absolutely recommend Anthony Pepe, and in particular James in the Highbury branch, for any house sale or purchase.

They manage a good level of service and focus on delivery without being obnoxious or pushy like so many other agents, and work hard to push things through. From our initial contact through the organising of viewings and handling all the various up and downs in the process the Harringay Anthony Pepe team did a thoroughly professional job. They held it all together most importantly finding us buyers who were serious, not flaky or playing silly games. Then linking up with the rest of the chain. Through what was quite a stressful process due to factors higher up the chain, the AP team were patient, reassuring, proactive and diligent. This is not to be taken for granted in this profession. Thank you to all: Ben who we met initially and encouraged us to try again to sell after some bad experiences; James Haines (now in Highbury I believe) for organising the viewings; Laura for fielding our calls and especially Andrew who was the main man after the chain was put together and through to completion. Would have no hesitation recommending this agency.

We've been so impressed by the whole team at Anthony Pepe - and Maria has been really brilliant to deal with for our house viewings. She organised our open day and has been really flexible about any extra viewings. We've only been on the market for a few weeks but we now have our dream house and dream buyer! We hope to complete on both in a just a few months as the chain will be tiny thanks to Anthony Pepe : ) Before we put our house on the market we were very nervous about the stress involved and we also thought we'd have to compromise with the house we're moving to - but we are so excited, it couldn't be more perfect! The only downside to the whole process is having to pack! (if only this amazing estate agent offered that too : ) Can't recommend Anthony Pepe and Maria enough.

After receiving my instruction, the agent completed floor plans and photography, uploaded the marketing info, held and open day and agreed a sale within five days. Yes, really; all that in just five days. The sale completed without hiccups quickly after. The negotiators at Anthony Pepe kept me informed at all stage and managed the sale impeccably.
