Special credit goes to my property Manager Bobbie Anastasiou who provides me with an exceptional service. Bobbie is efficient, knowledgeable and communicative whilst always maintaining a warm and friendly disposition. Nothing is ever too much to ask and I am grateful to have her manage my property. Very happy with the service offered, very professional and friendly. Before renting the flat, I spoke with a number of agencies but Martin's knowledge of the property and surrounding area was far superior to anything else on offer. I am an experienced landlord with a considerable property portfolio. I am used to finding tenants on my own but due to a medical problem in my family, I was unable to devote enough time to letting one of my properties. I needed a reliable agency to take care of my lettings needs and find tenants of a certain calibre that would satisfy my strict requirements. Anthony Pepe ticked all the boxes – Lauren and the Team showed great compassion when they heard about my personal circumstances. They worked quickly to meet my needs, so I could focus on other things. They conducted numerous viewings and kept me updated all the time. The tenants they found were extremely nice, easy-going people and were moved in within a short space of time. What impressed me most was Anthony Pepe’s knowledge and experience of the market. They made me feel confident in their ability and the tenants they introduced were exactly the type of tenants I would have found. It genuinely felt that they were my business partner, not just my estate agent. This made Anthony Pepe stand out from other agencies I have worked with and their fee was also very fair. Lauren and the rest of the Team showed excellent customer care throughout my dealings with them – you will not find more courteous staff and they made my decision to work with them again a very easy one.

The saying goes "people buy from people". This is true when it comes to the service I have received when dealing with Martin. Previous to Anthony Pepe he worked for another letting agent when I first met him & found him to be very helpful & professional. So when he informed me of his move, even though I was unfamiliar with Anthony Pepe at the time, I made the decision to "go with" him based on my prior experience.

Anthony Pepe have been nothing but excellent in all our dealings with them. From the moment we met Martin we knew this was an agency we could trust. He was not pushy at all, unlike some of the other agents we met, but was clearly knowledgeable about his area and had our interests at heart. We were reassured that prospective tenants would be vetted thoroughly and that our criteria would be adhered to. A good tenant was sourced very quickly and there have been no problems in our dealings with the agency, indeed they have gone over and above in their helpfulness. I would thoroughly recommend this very professional agency.

I can highly recommend Anthony Pepe and in particular I have worked with Martin for some years in letting my Highbury Stadium flat. He has always found me excellent tenants and he remembers even small details about my flat. He is helpful when it comes to getting repairs done and he goes the extra mile to arrange show rounds for prospective tenants. I have been very happy with the rental income that Anthony Pepe has achieved and their paperwork on the legal side is super efficient.

I contacted Anthony Pepe for the letting of my property. Instantly I was impressed. Catherine and her team did an excellent job of valuing and marketing the property. She was able to get me a price which I thought was out of reach and extremely quickly too. Within a week she had already found a range of tenants. The best part of the service is how quickly the team respond to any queries and nothing is too much for them. Overall I am delighted with the service they continue to provide and happy to recommend them to anyone considering letting out their property.

I am new to letting and after meeting several estate agents in the area, I went with Anthony Pepe to let and fully manage my property on my behalf. I was very impressed with the quality of the staff who I had met with in our initial discussions. I am so glad I chose them, they have been absolutely fantastic. Staff have answered my endless queries and have maintained an open and honest dialogue when I have raised any concerns. They found me a tenant a few hours after we commenced our first viewings, which is further testament to their excellent customer service and providing appropriate solutions for both the tenants and landlords they deal with. They have been very efficient in referencing my tenant and arranging contracts. Anthony Pepe truly go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend them.
