I have nothing but praise for Anthony Pepe, who took over the letting and management of my flat in Harringay in 2022 after many years with another local agent. At the centre of that positive experience has been their Director of Lettings, Michael Komodromos. He held my hand through a year-long process of planning renovations, marketing the property, and selecting new tenants. At that point, the team of able and efficient Anthony Pepe property managers took over to deliver a hassle-free letting experience. Even during a letting break, Anthony Pepe has stayed by my side. Recently, Michael remotely tracked down and arranged for a set of flat keys they still had to be handed over to a locked-out family member barely more than an hour after I had called for help - what a hero! I know who I'll be entrusting my flat to when I'm ready to re-let.

I cannot recommend Josh and his team at Anthony Pepe highly enough, 5 stars all the way. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, maintaining clear and speedy communication throughout the entire process. Even during a quiet and challenging market, they were hardworking and proactive, consistently searching for leads and ultimately finding the perfect buyer, someone who was an ideal fit for my property. 2026: I originally reviewed Anthony Pepe 4 years ago. I’m updating this review following more recent dealings in 2025/26. Theodora at AP, handled a property compliance matter (EICR and PAT testing) for my flat over a difficult period spanning December and early January 26. The work required coordination between tenants, engineers and external vendors under time pressure. Throughout, she was professional, responsive and practical, proactively arranging access, exploring alternative engineers to avoid delays, and keeping me clearly informed at each stage. Her communication and coordination materially reduced friction and made a complex process far easier to manage. 2022 review: Professional, Supportive & Available. Always kept me up to date on viewings and felt they looked after my interests rather than their own. Understood market conditions and made recommendations based on that and my needs.
