They both have a friendly professionalism which is second to none and are generally a pleasure to work with. It was, at times, a tricky sale however Maria’s sheer dedication and relentless hard work ensured we made it to completion. I am extremely grateful for all their efforts and would definitely recommend them.

Anthony Pepe have been nothing but excellent in all our dealings with them. From the moment we met Martin we knew this was an agency we could trust. He was not pushy at all, unlike some of the other agents we met, but was clearly knowledgeable about his area and had our interests at heart. We were reassured that prospective tenants would be vetted thoroughly and that our criteria would be adhered to. A good tenant was sourced very quickly and there have been no problems in our dealings with the agency, indeed they have gone over and above in their helpfulness. I would thoroughly recommend this very professional agency.

I can highly recommend Anthony Pepe and in particular I have worked with Martin for some years in letting my Highbury Stadium flat. He has always found me excellent tenants and he remembers even small details about my flat. He is helpful when it comes to getting repairs done and he goes the extra mile to arrange show rounds for prospective tenants. I have been very happy with the rental income that Anthony Pepe has achieved and their paperwork on the legal side is super efficient.

I contacted Anthony Pepe for the letting of my property. Instantly I was impressed. Catherine and her team did an excellent job of valuing and marketing the property. She was able to get me a price which I thought was out of reach and extremely quickly too. Within a week she had already found a range of tenants. The best part of the service is how quickly the team respond to any queries and nothing is too much for them. Overall I am delighted with the service they continue to provide and happy to recommend them to anyone considering letting out their property.

Our requests are not always straight forward as we work on the ground level of the property. Catherine has been very accommodating and diplomatic to our demands. Andreea Dixon has also shown a great deal of professionalism in accommodating us. A highly recommended team.

I am new to letting and after meeting several estate agents in the area, I went with Anthony Pepe to let and fully manage my property on my behalf. I was very impressed with the quality of the staff who I had met with in our initial discussions. I am so glad I chose them, they have been absolutely fantastic. Staff have answered my endless queries and have maintained an open and honest dialogue when I have raised any concerns. They found me a tenant a few hours after we commenced our first viewings, which is further testament to their excellent customer service and providing appropriate solutions for both the tenants and landlords they deal with. They have been very efficient in referencing my tenant and arranging contracts. Anthony Pepe truly go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend them.

At a stressfully time they provided much needed support, and were able to guide us through problem solving. From the first contact with Anthony Pepe to arrange a viewing up until the moment we were handed the keys, I found every part of their service to be excellent, effiicient and friendly. We had a week from viewing to get all the references and payments done to ensure we could move in on our desired date, which thanks to their endeavours, we managed to do. The viewing was informative, and the agent who showed us, James, was friendly and helpful when showing us the property. And once we had decided to put down the holding deposit and make an offer, he was quick to phone the landlord and secure the property for us. From then on we dealt with the property manager at Anthony Pepe, Jayne, who was always on hand to help and whom was easily contactable and friendly when trying to sort out the references and get the payments complete. Thanks to her efficiency and professionalism, we were able to get all of the required documents completed in time to move in on our desired date and are now happy in our new home. I would definitely use Anthony Pepe again, and will be recommending them to my friends and family should they ever want to move to North London.

Never thought I would say that about an estate agent.

Great service from the team. Always responsive to my phones calls and emails and kept us informed about progress throughout the whole process. They liaised effectively between myself and the vendor to resolve any queries. The only area for improvement we experienced was that one of the two agents doing the Saturday viewings of the property arrived half an hour late. But was very apologetic. Overall a professional service and the commission charged seemed very competitive.

When my parents decided to sell their property which they had been in for 45 years – it was not going to be an easy process for anyone. After getting many Estate Agents in to value the property, as a family we chose Anthony Pepe the main reason we chose them above all others was the level of respect given to my parents not the sales patter. Both Ben and James were extremely approachable and knowledgeable, and throughout the process looked after our parents from start to finish. The house sold within a matter of days and the communication between the agents and my family was second to none. We knew exactly what was happening and when, which was extremely important to my parents. The team went ‘above and beyond' the remit of agents and the understanding and care given to my parents throughout the process which much appreciated.
