GoogleI had LOTS of bad experiences with estate agents in both London and New York in the past. so going into a sale of my own property, i was dreading the prospects, and was planning to interview and advertise with multiple agents, especially since my situation was very challenging and i needed to sell fast, having to move to another continent very quickly and put my home on the market and trust the agents to resolve it for me while being so far away. But i was lucky that the first agent i met was Tim, who impressed me not only by his knowledge, but also sophistication in behavior that gave me the confidence to choose Anthony Peppe as my sole agent and completely entrust the process to Tim while i already moved out of the country. On top of this, my buyer was also a very nice person, but had a very slow lawyer, so there was lots of uncertainty for me whether they would go through causing some stress... During this whole process Tim managed all sides very professionally and tactfully, with lots of sensibility and intelligence. AP were very efficient from the beginning, organizing very high quality photography and advertising for my apartment and were very responsive during the whole process. I can offer only my highest recommendation for Tim and AP they strike me as way above the standard of London estate agents i worked with in the past...

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of our flat in Highbury through Anthony Pepe and are extremely grateful to Tim Gray and his team who went above and beyond all our expectations to ensure all difficulties(and there were a few)were overcome. Great communication, customer service, and knowledge of the sale process meant that Tim had our confidence throughout.

GoogleExcellent service from Michael, Sophie and Maria when helping me rent out my flat. Always responded quickly to emails and phone calls and provided useful and realistic advice. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Poor communication and incompetent. Had to chase for responses and then usually the information provided was incorrect. Massive admin fees for no service. In response to the company reply below, there were no discrepancies between the figures provided and documentation to support referencing - I request you remove this potentially libelous statement immediately. We did not pay the company anything - this doesn't mean that the fees that they intended to charge are not over the top. Whilst we asked innumerable times for clear information about what was required for referencing we were never given the correct information, e.g. we were never told that the landlord could chose to reject an application, or that a guarantor may not be accepted until WE chased the agent to confirm a date that we'd be able to sign paperwork and move in. In cases like this any admin fee would make you sore, but when its several hundred pounds for you to do their job it seems pretty rich. Its a shame that this company are more concerned about replying to online reviews than replying to potential customers.

I understand the applicants were frustrated that we were not able to secure the rental property for them, but the landlord ultimately rejected their application because of discrepancies in the information provided by the applicants and the references presented to both us and the landlord. This was explained fully to the applicants and they were given the opportunity to provide further paperwork for the landlord, which they were not able to provide. Ultimately the landlord made the decision to reject their application and we must abide by this decision. I would also like to point out that the applicants paid absolutely no money to Anthony Pepe throughout this whole process.
