Hi my name is Collins and have had the worst experience with Anthony Pepe.I moved in their property on Stonard road,Palmers green in August,2016 and have had like 10 maintainance issues but it's been more than 2 months and I've never had my queries solved.Their communication is quite poor aswell they only communicate through emails.Personally I would never recommend this Agency to anyone cos I dread coming home every night looking at the issues meant to have been fixed 2months ago until today.I just wonder if sometimes they ever put themselves in our shoes we the tenants.I'm not sure if am actually going to finish my end of year tenancy cos am so devastated. Our first encounter with Tim Gray from Anthony Pepe was when we first arranged viewing of a flat in London in Feb this year.He then arranged second viewing with our daughter 2 weeks later.Despite pressure from seller he understood our reason for not being able to come to London sooner. On the day of second view the offer was accepted.Then started the roller coaster, emotionally nerve wrecking encounter with the legal system. Over next 10 weeks I reached a point of breakdown and almost where I could not deal with it at all.The files were backwards and forwards between solicitors and there seemed no end to it.Tim in this difficult time was supportive beyond words can describe.His reassurances calmed me down.He was always on top of everything, and was available for us 24/7 via emails and phones,and no matter how many times in a day he recieved my messages his response was always instant.Thanks to him that impossible became possible and we have exchanged contracts today. Dedicated employees these days are very hard to find and Anthony Pepe are extremely lucky to have him.He is an asset to them.We wish him best of luck now and always. Drs Parveen and Shafqat Memon

Very unprofessional agency in 301 Green Lanes... The property consultant Jesal was quite pleasant but made the mistakes which was quite disappointing . After we had to speak to another member of staff Sophie Roe who was quite rude and not loyal. She pretty much told me to stop talking to her on a phone. They gave us a lot of stress and trouble with the flat we wanted to rent by cancelling it 4 days before moving for a very stupid reason from the landlord. Didn't give full information about a whole process after argued on a phone for 40 minutes with my partner. Asking the way to much private information and documents without no need. Took the money for holding deposit and still not guaranteed that you will get a flat. Absolutely unexpected and shocking. Will never come back and recommend to another people!

It is a big shame that they are part of North London as they are the worst agents we've had to deal with. We are a family of four and renting a property from them..where first it took ages for them to supposedly to all the paper work and then give us the keys and now there's a problem with the property..Instead of actually being helpful, all they have done so far is ride us along and oh their only way of communication is by Email!! In This day and age..with phones everywhere..instead of ringing and talking to us about all the issues, they say expect an email in the next 20mins!!!! The worst agents we've come across during all our renting years!! Shame we never thought about them as agents before we went for the property. Contracted for a year...will definitely look to move on from such unreliable and non-serious agents!!!!!

We would absolutely recommend Anthony Pepe if you're thinking of selling your property. We've had a great experience selling our house. Ben, Nasia, Maria and the rest of the team were excellent and professional throughout. We've exchanged and completion is now imminent! Ben came to see us in March - everything was straightforward, clear and we appointed AP shortly afterwards having considered one other agent. The photographer was professional, helpful and the brochure AP produced was good. AP already had a number of suitable applicants on their books and fired up interest quickly with many viewings during our first week to market in early April (including a few beforehand). A couple of offers were made and we accepted an asking price offer which came to the table in just over a week. Particular thanks to Nasia around the offer stage and Maria in the time since who were brilliant with answering our questions, ironing out minor hiccups, getting all parties moving in the right direction, and generally staying ahead of the game and keeping us updated. We've ended up with lovely local buyers who are really on the level, no messing around. Thanks so much guys & gals at AP it's been a pleasure!

I have been really pleased with the service I received from Anthony Pepe Estate Agents in Harringay. I contacted 3 different estate agents for a valuation of my house on the ladder and went with Andrew at Anthony Pepe as he clearly stood out as having excellent local market knowledge, integrity and great customer service skills. They seem to have excellent systems as I was informed about every viewing and I never had to chase them for information. They found me a buyer very quickly and Nasia ensured that the sale progressed and resolved any issues as they arose. She has exceptional communication skills and is definitely one of the best agents out there. On the rare occasions I had to speak to other members of the team, I felt they were fully up to speed on my property and looked after me brilliantly. I highly recommend Nasia and Andrew and feel that the service I received was faultless.

Mina dealt with the sale and from the outset and stated we were in control and that proved to be the point throughout the process. We didn't feel hassled at any time and were constantly kept up to date with what was happening as well as being offered advice and guidance. Towards exchange he dealt comprehensively and quickly with solicitors and other estate agents to get the end result. Would highly recommend them.

I was extremely disappointed

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Anthony Pepe . I made an offer for the property 2 weeks ago and was told I would get a call within 2 days. I made several calls and spoke to numerous people in the office who told me that I would get a call back today . Well I didn't receive a call and only received a call 1 week later . This sums up the company! When I finally received the call they tell me that they have accepted another offer. This is despite me Being told by Ben after I made my offer that they would be coming back allowing us to make final offers . This tells me that the communications within the office is extremely poor. I had highly recommended Anthony Pepe in the past because I purchased my home through them 8 years ago but the service has gone down hill and I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated as a client . I would never recommend friends or family to Anthony Pepe. I have never been so angry and upset at the way I was treated and I have been dealing with estate agents for over 15 years . if the directors really care about their company they will contact me. They seriously need to improve there communication skills from top to bottom

Our experience with Anthony Pepe was short but this was down to them finding a buyer for our property. The sales person was very helpful and provided regular updates on our sale. They were very easy to deal with and available for any questions or queries we had. It is a number of years since I last used an agent to buy or sell a property. I would recommend Anthony Pepe to anyone looking to sell from my experience and although I have not purchased a property through Anthony Pepe, there is no reason to believe that they would not provide the same level of service.

Throughout this whole process I found Anthony Pepe to be professional and helpful. Nasia Ambrosiou is an asset to Anthony Pepe. Being a first time buyer, I didn't have a clue what I was doing. Nasia was always quick to reply to my messages, explain things clearly, keep me in the loop and guide me to the next steps. She ensured no stone was unturned and always kept things moving forward leading to a very quick purchase process. She was able to successfully price negotiate on my behalf and always facilitated my demands, for example viewing the property even at late notice. She was always happy to speak to my parents when I was busy at work and even delivered the keys to my dads place of work-going above and beyond in my opinion. Irresponsible customer service

I was going to rent a property through them and had arranged 2 viewings but their agent Daryl didn't show up on both occasions. The guy has absolutely no sense of punctuality whatsoever. He'll say he'll meet you at the property but instead he'll be sitting in his office waiting for your call to pick him up. His manager Kris White was no help either as he simply ignored Daryl's lies when I complained. Do not expect any responsibility or respectful customer service from these two. Avoid them at all cost.
