We sold our flat through Anthony Pepe this year, after failing to sell with another agent on Green Lanes. Susan and Ben were excellent throughout the process - responsive, efficient and helpful. They manage a good level of service and focus on delivery without being obnoxious or pushy like so many other agents, and work hard to push things through. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area,.

From our initial contact through the organising of viewings and handling all the various up and downs in the process the Harringay Anthony Pepe team did a thoroughly professional job. They held it all together most importantly finding us buyers who were serious, not flaky or playing silly games. Then linking up with the rest of the chain. Through what was quite a stressful process due to factors higher up the chain, the AP team were patient, reassuring, proactive and diligent. This is not to be taken for granted in this profession. Thank you to all: Ben who we met initially and encouraged us to try again to sell after some bad experiences; James Haines (now in Highbury I believe) for organising the viewings; Laura for fielding our calls and especially Andrew who was the main man after the chain was put together and through to completion. Would have no hesitation recommending this agency.

The moment I walked into my new home I knew it was where I wanted to live. Mina has always showed an understanding of the emotional side of buying a new home as well as being able to offer sound and professional advise. Mina is extremely personable, always friendly and I know that he worked really hard to manage a process which wasn't always easy as I was part of a long chain. I think Mina is a talented young professional who goes the extra mile and understands that houses are homes, not just bricks and mortar. Thank you!

I have been really impressed by the quality of service I have encountered in my property search with Anthony Pepe. Unlike a lot of other companies they have been very trustworthy from the start, from the initial viewing right through to completion. As a woman looking for a property to buy on my own in London feeling that people are being honest and straightforward in their communication with me has been crucial. I would definitely use Anthony Pepe again to sell my property if I needed to or to look for a new property.

FacebookI have enjoyed a fantastic service from Anthony Pepe. I have now utilised their rental services for coming up to 3 years and over that period my home has been constantly let. Rent has been paid on time direct into my account and I am sent periodic reports regarding the condition of my property. Staff are always courteous and provide an extremely personal service, examples are when the property is need of repair they contact me by phone and let me have a range of options, costs are always competitive (and not loaded) and I am always consulted through the entire process so no surprises. In summary, they are a professional outfit who are extremely community focused and provide a good personal service and make me feel like a valid customer.

We've been so impressed by the whole team at Anthony Pepe - and Maria has been really brilliant to deal with for our house viewings. She organised our open day and has been really flexible about any extra viewings. We've only been on the market for a few weeks but we now have our dream house and dream buyer! We hope to complete on both in a just a few months as the chain will be tiny thanks to Anthony Pepe : ) Before we put our house on the market we were very nervous about the stress involved and we also thought we'd have to compromise with the house we're moving to - but we are so excited, it couldn't be more perfect! The only downside to the whole process is having to pack! (if only this amazing estate agent offered that too : ) Can't recommend Anthony Pepe and Maria enough.
