After receiving my instruction, the agent completed floor plans and photography, uploaded the marketing info, held and open day and agreed a sale within five days. Yes, really; all that in just five days. The sale completed without hiccups quickly after. The negotiators at Anthony Pepe kept me informed at all stage and managed the sale impeccably. I recommend them very gladly.

Very happy with the service offered, very professional and friendly. Before renting the flat, I spoke with a number of agencies but Martin's knowledge of the property and surrounding area was far superior to anything else on offer. This ensured suitable tenants were found very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Martin's services again.

We were arranging a letting from 100 miles away, which had the potential to be fraught with difficulties. However, right from the first telephone conversation with Sophie, we were supported through the process. She accompanied us on two of the viewings and took time to answer our many questions. She was extremely accommodating and made us feel that she understood how important it was to us that we found the right flat. Her friendly manner made us feel comfortable. At the end of the day, when we made an offer, she phoned us to let us know that there was no immediate response from the landlord, rather than leaving us to speculate about what had happened on the long journey home, demonstrating her sensitivity to our circumstances and her professionalism. We really appreciated it. With the support of the staff at Anthony Pepe we were delighted to have a quick, successful outcome.

I am an experienced landlord with a considerable property portfolio. I am used to finding tenants on my own but due to a medical problem in my family, I was unable to devote enough time to letting one of my properties. I needed a reliable agency to take care of my lettings needs and find tenants of a certain calibre that would satisfy my strict requirements. Anthony Pepe ticked all the boxes – Lauren and the Team showed great compassion when they heard about my personal circumstances. They worked quickly to meet my needs, so I could focus on other things. They conducted numerous viewings and kept me updated all the time. The tenants they found were extremely nice, easy-going people and were moved in within a short space of time. What impressed me most was Anthony Pepe’s knowledge and experience of the market. They made me feel confident in their ability and the tenants they introduced were exactly the type of tenants I would have found. It genuinely felt that they were my business partner, not just my estate agent. This made Anthony Pepe stand out from other agencies I have worked with and their fee was also very fair. Lauren and the rest of the Team showed excellent customer care throughout my dealings with them – you will not find more courteous staff and they made my decision to work with them again a very easy one.

When you buy a house you need someone who is sharp, has excellent common sense & the intelligence to put together the complicated factors not just in the choosing process, but during the long & stressful buying stages. When I had the seller from hell he demonstrated these diamond skills perfectly. He ensured everything was tied up fast & effectively.
