The Trusted AgentExcellent service from start to finish
The service we received from the Green Lanes branch of Anthony Pepe from the first valuation of our property, through all the viewings and right through the sale process was superb. They took care of everything and made the process as easy and stress-free as it could have been. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The Trusted AgentSale of Property
Our experience with Anthony Pepe was short but this was down to them finding a buyer for our property. The sales person was very helpful and provided regular updates on our sale. They were very easy to deal with and available for any questions or queries we had. It is a number of years since I last used an agent to buy or sell a property. I would recommend Anthony Pepe to anyone looking to sell from my experience and although I have not purchased a property through Anthony Pepe, there is no reason to believe that they would not provide the same level of service.

The Trusted AgentExcellent and well rated service!
Throughout this whole process I found Anthony Pepe to be professional and helpful. Nasia Ambrosiou is an asset to Anthony Pepe. Being a first time buyer, I didn't have a clue what I was doing. Nasia was always quick to reply to my messages, explain things clearly, keep me in the loop and guide me to the next steps. She ensured no stone was unturned and always kept things moving forward leading to a very quick purchase process. She was able to successfully price negotiate on my behalf and always facilitated my demands, for example viewing the property even at late notice. She was always happy to speak to my parents when I was busy at work and even delivered the keys to my dads place of work-going above and beyond in my opinion. Thank- you once again to you Nasia and to Anthony Pepe!

They really understand my needs and are always quick to respond. They take all the stress out of letting my properties by providing professional tradesman where necessary and immediately deal with all the day to day issues that arise. I would definitely recommend Anthony Pepe if you are looking to buy or let your investment properties.

The Trusted AgentIrresponsible customer service
I was going to rent a property through them and had arranged 2 viewings but their agent Daryl didn't show up on both occasions. The guy has absolutely no sense of punctuality whatsoever. He'll say he'll meet you at the property but instead he'll be sitting in his office waiting for your call to pick him up. His manager Kris White was no help either as he simply ignored Daryl's lies when I complained. Do not expect any responsibility or respectful customer service from these two. Avoid them at all cost.

The Trusted AgentHighbury Flat Sale
We recently sold our flat in Highbury with James at Anthony Pepe. Of all the agents we met, they were the most knowledgable about the area and it was an easy decision to instruct them. Throughout the sales process, James was a pleasure to deal with - he kept us updated and gave excellent advise, with nothing ever being too much trouble. The rest of the team at Anthony Pepe were also extremely friendly and helpful - we would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective vendors.

The Trusted AgentEfficient, supportive, friendly, caring service
Susan and her colleagues at Anthony Pepe have really helped me through the whole process of buying in their area. I have felt very safe in the hands of such a friendly, competent and reassuring service. I sensed from the start that I could trust Susan - she was always straightforward in her dealings with me, as well as being very enthusiastic and upbeat. In addition to that I always felt that she and her colleague Ben really cared about helping me to find the right property. They then really supported me in the stressful process of going from offer to exchange.
