GoogleStaff at Anthony Pepe were always helpful and amiable. Responses were generally answered promptly and they were able to arrange delivery of a mattress at short notice and at a good price. However, at times administration could have been more coordinated between departments, such as passing on specific notes about the property during viewings and contractual agreements reflected accurately in invoices. Notably both issues were corrected promptly.

GoogleComing from a big deception with another estate agency Bernard Marcus i don't know how I've find out about Anthony Pepe estate agency and they offered to show us some property. Not only better they the one we find before but reasonable price as well. I was lucky that I had i guess the best agent ever Kudret Cigvan and with his help we found the dream house . I'm inloved with my house and really the staff from Anthony Pepe did all they could and possible to make my dream come true. I don't have enough words to say THANK YOU ALL but especially the best ever agent Kudret Cigvan . You are the best and i will recomand you to all my friends and people that I know. Thank you

Google(Zero stars) The worst incapable bunch of shysters you could ever imagine. Basic levels of communication non existent. They lied to our landlord, they took our money and misled us the tennants. Disgraceful behaviour and shocking 'service' - we the tennants had no room for recourse sadly and they abused their position

GoogleOur first encounter with Tim Gray from Anthony Pepe was when we first arranged viewing of a flat in London in Feb this year.He then arranged second viewing with our daughter 2 weeks later.Despite pressure from seller he understood our reason for not being able to come to London sooner. On the day of second view the offer was accepted.Then started the roller coaster, emotionally nerve wrecking encounter with the legal system. Over next 10 weeks I reached a point of breakdown and almost where I could not deal with it at all.The files were backwards and forwards between solicitors and there seemed no end to it.Tim in this difficult time was supportive beyond words can describe.His reassurances calmed me down.He was always on top of everything, and was available for us 24/7 via emails and phones,and no matter how many times in a day he recieved my messages his response was always instant.Thanks to him that impossible became possible and we have exchanged contracts today. Dedicated employees these days are very hard to find and Anthony Pepe are extremely lucky to have him.He is an asset to them.We wish him best of luck now and always. Drs Parveen and Shafqat Memon
