I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at A.M Barnehurst estate agents. From the initial engagement where Cameron formed a good relationship with us till today. To Joe who built up good rapor and was infact able to remember us after months of no contact due to failed attempts at securing a property with numerous estate agents. We are very pleased with our home purchase through Anthony Martin Barnehurst Estate agents. I know it sounds cliché saying their sales staff went above and beyond in client care, but they really did a wonderful job. Joe and Tammy were excellent at keeping us informed and was a pleasure to work with. What makes a company great is their people and we can honestly say Anthony Martins Barnehurst branch has great professionals. Last but not the least, Joe suggested their mortgage advisor, Pamela Freeman. We have already worked with an independent mortgage advisor and had a mortgage in principle through them. It was fairly a good deal and we were initially reluctant to change it thinking Pam won’t find a better deal than the current one. Oh boy, we are glad we went ahead with Pam. Not only she got much better mortgage deal, she was an absolute delight to work with. Very meticulous, straight to the point, with a personal touch and just full of positive energy. I have used Anthony Martin twice now. Firstly in 2016 when they sold my home in Barnehurst and secondly in 2021/22 when they sold my Late Father’s House in Erith. On both occasions I have felt in safe hands with them. From beginning to end their service, care and communication have been exemplary, nothing has been too much trouble. Although always very professional they have been like a friend at the end of the phone with their reassurance and honesty. All the staff at Anthony Martin have been superb but one stands out, that being Sharon Newnham.
